Key Indicators Maternal and Child Survival Program USAID’s flagship Maternal and Child Survival Program (MCSP) Population 1.09 million1 led by Jhpiego, is providing technical assistance for 2 IMR 27 strengthening the delivery of Comprehensive Primary Health TFR 2.33 Care (CPHC) services in five high focus states (, Under-Five Mortality 463 , , and ) and six north-eastern states (, , Mizoram, , 1Census, 2011; 2SRS, September, 2017; 3NFHS 4, 2015-16; and ).
