OUR PARISH HAS A SEMINARIAN

Bill Burns, Director of Parish Life, has received notification from Fr. Josh Swallows, Director of Vocations for the Diocese of Orlando informing him of his formal acceptance as a Seminarian for the Diocese of Orlando. It was decided that Bill will attend Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary in Weston, Massachusetts for priestly formation. In addition to Bill’s past six years of employment at St. Timothy he served the parish in Adult Religious Education and Spiritual Development from 1996 to 2004 and has been a long-time parishioner. He will be leaving Florida the week of August 15. This announcement is the culmination of many years of discernment as well as an extensive application process. Bill asks for your prayers as he enters a new chapter in life.

A CHILD-LIKE HEART When I look at a patch of dandelions, I see a bunch of weeds that are going to take over my yard. My kids see flowers for Mom and blowing white fluff, you can wish on.
