TRAVEL TIPS
Air Travel China has several main airports, however Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) is the most convenient as it is located 32 km from Downtown Beijing. The most recommended way of transportation from Beijing Capital Airport into Downtown Beijing is by taking the Airport Express Line. Other options can include taxi or Airport Shuttle Bus. Transportation The easiest way to reach China is by airplane. Within the city, taking the subway is the most recommended way of transportation; you can download check the routes in advance by clicking here or download the Beijing Metro App on your smart phone.
Taxis If you would like to take a taxi, download the DiDi Chuxing application on your smart phone or hail any Beijing taxis which are readily available at the street level. You may also hire a private car to take you to your destination.
Currency China uses the Yuan, check the conversion rate with your currency before you trip. ATM machines are available throughout the city, but your local bank could impose international transaction fees, be sure to contact your bank for more details.
Time Zone Beijing is on Universal Time Coordinated (UTC + 8). If you are unsure of the time difference compared to your country, please consult this time zone converter.

CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the registration fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing before 8 March 2018. Cancellations after this date are not refundable. The process reimbursement may take up to 14 days. The registration may be transfewrred to another person from the same company or organization at no extra charge. Updated registration information will be required. Please note that ICC Banking Commission reserves the right to cancel this event or to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the programme or to the identity of the speakers. In the unlikely event of cancellation, delegates will be offered a fullrefund. ICC will not, however, be held responsible for any related expense incurred by the participant.
