Lu is a registered yoga instructor and has taught and assisted at the UW Health Mindfulness Program.

Robert Gillespie, PhD Robert Gillespie has developed mindfulness programs in the University of Massachusetts Hospital System and Drexel University’s 11th Street Health Center. Since moving to Madison in 2012, Bob has been an active assistant in the UW Health Mindfulness Program. He is an assistant professor of at Edgewood College, and mindfulness informs his psychotherapy practice with adults, couples and families.

Matthew Hirshberg, MEd Matthew Hirshberg is a graduate student in at UW-Madison. He researches the impact of mindfulness based practices on development. Matt was part of the team that constructed the Mindfulness for Teens course with the UW Health Mindfulness Program and he has been assisting the class since its inception.

Lisa Thomas Prince, MPH Lisa Thomas Prince is an educational staff member at the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds (CIHM), working to develop curriculum for introducing mindfulness concepts and practices to children. For the past two years, she has been teaching a Kindness Curriculum in MMSD 4-year-old kindergarten classrooms. She has assisted with the UW Health Mindfulness Program and is collaborating on the development of mindfulness offerings for children. The Morning Wind The morning wind spreads its fresh smell.
