Business/Sector Trade and retail

Products The Subsidiary rents out commercial space to a number of shops and outlets that sell a wide variety of products in the centre of Ferizaj/Urosevac.

Market The Subsidiary enjoys a dominant position in the Ferizaj/Urosevac retail with its shops located in the very centre of the town. There has been substantial demand for commercial space in Ferizaj/Urosevac, due to strong growth of the retail sector in the Kosovo economy.

Competition The main competitors to the Subsidiary are the large number of local small shops located in the main street of the town as well as newly opened big supermarkets such as: Ben-aff, Era Market, Viva market, Eli-Ab etc, and the many local shops

Employees The Enterprise has 27 active employees. However, no employees will be transferred to the NewCo as part of the privatisation process.

Buildings and The NewCo includes four shops located in Dëshmoret e Kombit Land Street comprising a total area of approximately 311 m2 details are as follows: 1) Shop 1 “Luma Suvenir” with approximate area of 56 m² 2) Shop 2 “Lee Boutique” and “Angela Azzurro” with approximate area of 98 m² 3) Shop 3 “Roneta Café” with approximate area of 60 m² 4) Shop 4 “Ilirida” & “Kili Shoes” with approximate area of 97 m²

Moveable No additional assets are to be transferred to the NewCo. equipment

Liabilities to be The standard final 3 months of accounts payable, last twelve transferred months of VAT and last twelve months of property tax will be transferred to the NewCo. The other liabilities will remain with the SOE. There are no mortgages on the assets to be privatized.
