(the ”Subsidiary”) Location Ferizaj/Urosevac, Gjilan/Gnjilane region Business/Sector Trade and retail Products The Subsidiary rents out commercial space to a number of shops and outlets that sell a wide variety of products in the centre of Ferizaj/Urosevac. Market The Subsidiary enjoys a dominant position in the Ferizaj/Urosevac retail with its shops located in the very centre of the town. There has been substantial demand for commercial space in Ferizaj/Urosevac, due to strong growth of the retail sector in the Kosovo economy. Competition The main competitors to the Subsidiary are the large number of local small shops located in the main street of the town as well as newly opened big supermarkets such as: Ben-aff, Era Market, Viva market, Eli-Ab etc, and the many local shops Employees The Enterprise has 27 active employees. However, no employees will be transferred to the NewCo as part of the privatisation process.
