Appendix 1: Stakeholder Panel Stakeholder Devon 1 A Stakeholder Panel was used to support the preparation of the North Devon and Torridge SHLAA. The use of such a Panel is supported through the endorsed Northern Peninsula Methodology and fits with best practice which advocates that stakeholders should be actively engaged and throughout the preparation process. Appendix 3: North Devon: Schedule of Small Sites

1 This appendix presents two tables providing site-by-site information regarding those sites in North Devon which have been considered through the SHLAA on an aggregated basis. These are sites which fall below the prescribed site size threshold (0.1ha / gross capacity of less than five dwellings) but which are subject to extant planning permission for housing - so called 'small sites'.

2 The first table Table 43 'Small Sites - Unimplemented Planning Permissions (North Devon)' presents detail of small sites in North Devon which are subject to unimplemented planning permissions for housing. In this case no development has yet taken place on the site.

3 The second table Table 44 'Small Sites - Implemented Planning Permissions (North Devon)' presents information on small sites in North Devon which are subject to implemented planning permissions for housing. For sites in this table, some form of development will have taken place on the site, although not every dwelling will be under construction.
