E-K William Early Born Nov. 25, 1843. Died Oct. 21, 1914 and is buried in the Prairie Holler cemetery. He was in Co. G, 1st Tenn. Inf. F. A. Eaton Co. K. 185 N.Y. Inf. He is buried in the Lone Star cemetery. James R. Eaton Born April 7, 1830 in Penn. Died June 26, 1914 and buried in the Mount Olive or Pincham Lane cemetery. He was in Co. A, 40th Ind. Cav. Oct. 22, 1864 to May 22, 1865. Jeremiah E. Eaton Company D, 13th Mo. Inf. Buried Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Andrew Eden Co. C, 21st Ill. Inf. He is buried in the Spillman cemetery. Robert J. Edwards Born 1832. Died 1904 and is buried in the Hillcrest cemetery. He was a Sgt., in Co. K. 68th Ill. Inf William H. Edwards Pvt. Co. B 5th Mo. Vol's. 5/13/1863 to 7/8/1865. He lived in Hartville, Mo. in 1898. Harrison Manes Elliott Born Jan 13, 1846 in Mo. Died July 5, 1904 buried in the Brushy Knob cemetery near Ava, Mo. He joined the Union Artillery during the war. He lived in the Pleasant township in Wright Co. Mo. in 1890. G. W. Ellis Born Sept. 11, 1836 in Mo. Died March 7, 1900 and is buried in the Simmons cemetery. He was in Co. G, 5th Mo. State Militia Cav. Isaac Elrod Born, Feb. 1836 in Tenn. Died, 1919 and buried in the Retherford cemetery. He was in Co. I, 59th Ohio Inf. Vol's. under Col. Tyffee from Dec. 21, 1861 to Jan. 26, 1865. He was a member of the Norwood Post 274 of the GAR. Emmanuel Emery Born Sept. 1831 in Tenn. and is buried in the Lone Star cemetery. He lived in Mountain G Jacob Emmerson Born Dec. 24, 1822 in Va. died, Oct. 6, 1862 and is buried in the National cemetery in Springfield, Mo. He enlisted Aug. 2, 1862 at Marshfield, Mo. as a Pvt. Co. G, 8th Mo. Cav. 7/1/1862 and was stationed near springfield, Mo. He was wounded in the battle of Wilson's Creek. Calvin C. Emons Pvt. Co. K. He lived in Mansfield, Mo. in 1890 William A. England Born March 26, 1847 in Tenn. Died, APR 3, 1924 and is buried in the Green Mountain cemetery. He was a Pvt. in Co. C or G, 6th Tenn. Mounted Inf. Vol's, Sept. 5, 1864 to June 30, 1865. Amos Eskew He was wounded in the right heel. Willoughby Ethridge Pvt. Co. D. 6th Mo. Cav. 8/1/1861 to 7/19/1865. He was a member of the Norwood Post 274 GAR. He lived in Norwood in 1890. John J. Evens lived in Mountain Grove, Mo. Samuel Evens Born 1835, Died Feb. 12, 1879 and is buried in the Montgomery cemetery. He enlisted in the Confederate army early in the war, deserted and joined the Union army as a Pvt., in Co. H 8th Mo. State Militia Cav. Aug. 1, 1863 to May 20, 1865 and honorably discharged in Springfield, Mo. F. A. Fagan born March 1837. Died 1912 and is buried in the Cody cemetery. He was in Co. B or E 6th Mo. Cav. The above is possibly G. A. Fagan, born 17 March 1837 in KY, died 1912 in Wright County, buried Dennis Cemetery. Pension records list him as George A. Figgans. Land records show him George Avery Fegans. He changed his name to Fagan. Served in 7th Regiment of Illinois. Discharged Sep 1864. (Info from R. P. Fagan) August Falk Lived in Mountain Grove, Mo James M. Farmer Pvt. Co. D 8th Mo. Inf. 6/14/1861 to 11/1/1861 Albert T. Fengler Born March 8, 1843. Died, March 21, 1923 and is buried in the Hillcrest cemetery. He was a member of the GAR. Born in Bresleau, Germany to a mother from the titled class and father who was a Luthern minister. His father was a strong advocate of people's rights for which he was driven from his county, compelled to leave all and depart within 24 hours. Albert, among the younger of 13 children, enlisted in Co. F, 134th IL Vol Inf and served until the end of the war. His father and older brothers also served in the Union, several of them were killed. After the war, Albert lived in Iowa, then in Little Rock AR, to Cabool MO and settled in Mountain Grove MO in 1912. He was married to Mary J. Smith in 1893 and they had 3 children, two dying in infancy. His daughter Nellie Johnson survived him. Andrew W. Ferguson Born March 28, 1827. Died Jan. 23, 1898 and is buried in the Bethel cemetery. He was a Pvt. in Co. B 3rd W. Va. Inf (13th Vt. Inf. 1/1861 to 1865). George Ferris Pvt. Co. B 86th Ohio Inf., 1863. He lived in Mountain Grove, Mo. Eli Finch Sgt. Co. H, 63rd Mo. 1862 - 1865. He lived in Norwood, Mo. in 1890. George H. Findley Born Oct 17, 1842. Died Sept 21, 1893-99 and is buried in the Pleasant Hill cemetery. He enlisted in the Mo. Vol's. in 1861 Dec. He was a Pvt. in Co. B, 1st Mo. Cav., 8/1/1862 to 6/15/1865. Jos. Fisher Born March 1837 in Penn. and is buried in the Friendship cemetery. He was in Co. C 77th Ill. Inf. William M. Fisher Born March 16, 1840 in N.Y. Died, July 23, 1922 and is buried in the LIttle Creek cemetery. He was in Co. F, 103 Reg't Ohio Vol. Inf. 8/5/1862 to 6/12/1865. He lived in Hartville, Mo. in 1890. Lewis S. Fisk Pvt. Co. K, 9th Kansas Cav. 7/31/1862 to 6/24/1865. His foot was smashed during the war. He lived in Montgomery, Mo. in 1890. James T. F. Flemming born March 1827 in Ill. and is buried in the Thomas cemetery. He was in Co. B, 8th Ill. Inf. He is listed in the 1900 census for Wright Co. Mo. William A. Fly Pvt. Co. d, 6th Mo. Cav. 12/7/1861 to 9/12/1865. Gebhard K. Foote Born 1842. Died in 1914 and buried in the Swede cemetery. He was a Sgt. in Co. K, 186th Ill. Inf. (136th?). Eli Forrest Pvt. Mo. Inf. 1861 - 1864 He lived in Mountain Grove, Mo. William Foster Born May 1836 in N.C. He is buried in the Lone Star cemetery. He was in Co. E. 5th Mo. State Militia Cav. Henry J. Fralick Pvt. Co. B 48th Ken. Inf. 6/12/1863 to 12/22/1864. Joseph H. Ford, Pvt. Co. A, 32nd Mo. Inf. 8/15/1862 to 5/13/1863, Pvt. Co. B 2nd Mo. Light Artillery, 4/3/1864 to 12/20/1865. Joseph Frank died in Mountain Grove, July 23, 1888, Born in Elgiers, France Sept. 7, 1824. He enlisted in 1862 and was in Co. A. 67th Ind. Vol's. Marion A. Franklin Born Oct. 3, 1842. Died June 28, 1927 and is buried in the Willow Springs cemetery. He was a Pvt. in co. O Mo. Inf. 6/1861 to 12/20/1861. He lived in Mountain Grove, Mo. in 1890. Samuel J. Franklin George W. Frazier Born May 11, 1834 in Ohio. died, Nov. 1906 and buried in the Hartville cemetery. He was in Co. B 47th Ill. Reg. Vol. Inf. He was a member of the GAR. Henry Frye Born Oct. 22, 1844 in Tenn. Died, Oct. 26, 1914 and iemetery. He was a Pvt. in Co. I. or B, 1st Tenn. Inf. 7/11/1863 to 7/11/1865. He lived in Mansfield, Mo. in 1890. Hosea B. Fulk Cpl. Co. I 39th Mo. Inf. He is buried in the Hillcrest cemetery. Stephen Gaddis Born Jan. 20, 1823. Died March 8, 1894 and is buried in the Simmons cemetery. He was a Pvt. in Co. K, 11th Mo. Inf.- Cav.8/4/1863 to 8/12/1864. D. H. Gannon 59th Ind. Inf., and was a member of the Chester A. Arthur Post 299, GAR. Richard Gardner 8th Mo. State Militia. Charles Garlick Born, June 4, 1824-31 in Penn. - Ohio. He was in Co. D 45th Reg. Ohio Vol's. He suffered an injury to his hand when his gun accidentally discharged as he was removing the bayonet, taking off parts of two of his fingers. He was moved out of the front lines to serve as a hospital orderly. Edward Garner Pvt. Co. C 66th Mo. Inf. 6/28/1864. Frank M. Geiger Pvt. Co. A, 134th Ohio Inf. John N. German Born, 1830. died, 1892 and is buried in the Mansfield cemetery. He was a 2nd Lt. in co. H 6th Ken.? Kan. Cav. 2/5/1862 to 3/5/1864. He lived in Manfield, Mo. in 1890. James J. Gerrett He was age 20 and born in Ga. according to the 1860 census for Wright Co. Mo.He was in the 8th Mo. Cav. John Gerrett 8th Mo. Inf. John Wesley Gilley 13 March 1842 -- 25 June 1926, Co. C 24th Mo. In Vols Enlisted at Rolla Mo. 1 Nov. 1861 Discharged at Benton Barricks Mo. Jan 1864. John is buried in Hensley Cemetery. James W. Glass Born Sept.
