On behalf of the University of Memphis, we are pleased to welcome you to our city for your upcoming basketball game. Please take a few minutes to review this packet before your trip. This visitor’s guide includes information that you may need leading up to and during your game with the University of Memphis.
Please make note of some of the important information found in the guide, which includes ticketing procedures, credential requests, parking, maps, and area attractions. Athletic Training
Visiting teams will be provided a training area adjacent to the locker room. If a certified athletic trainer is not traveling with your team, please forward a letter detailing your players’ needs to Brad Anderson at [email protected].
The following items will be provided for your team: Ice Water and Cups Towels Injury Ice Biohazard Supplies If additional items are needed that are not covered in this above list, please contact us. We will try to accommodate all of your needs. A dedicated training room will be located within your locker room.

Memphis uses the Nike Elite Championship basketball
Visiting Team Parking
Visiting team buses may park in the loading dock area of the FedEx Forum. The entrance ramp to the loading dock is located off of Dr. Martin Luther King Ave towards the corner of 3rd Street.
Locker Rooms
Visiting locker rooms are located in the inner hallways of the FedEx Forum. A staff member will be there to escort your team to their locker room facilities. Locker rooms are equipped with a whiteboard, markers, ice, water, and game clock.
Team Benches
Visiting teams will occupy the north bench area. Memphis will be located on the south bench area.

FedEx Forum Seating Chart
The capacity of the FedEx Forum is 18,119.
Ticketing
Doors open 60 minutes before tipoff. For American Athletic Conference games a total of 75 complimentary tickets will be provided. Forty (40) of these tickets will be located behind the bench with the other 35 being located in the next best available seats. For non-conference games, please consult the game contract for number of complimentary tickets.
