Dear Coach or Administrator,
On behalf of the University of Memphis, we are pleased to welcome you to our city for your upcoming soccer match. Please take a few minutes to review this packet before your trip. This visitor’s guide includes information that you may need leading up to and during your game with the University of Memphis.
Please make note of some of the important information found in the guide, which includes ticketing procedures, visiting team parking, maps, and area attractions. This match will be played at Christian Brothers University soccer field located at 650 E Pkwy S, Memphis, TN 38104. Please note that this is not our usual playing site. We look forward to your visit to Memphis and hope that you have a wonderful stay as you travel to our city.

Bench Area
Visiting team bench area will be determined and disclosed as we approach game day. Your bench area will come equipped with a “bus stop”, bench, two coach’s chairs, Gatorade, and water. If the Gatorade or water coolers run low, please make game management aware.
Locker Rooms
Visiting team locker room information will be determined and disclosed as we approach game day.
Visiting Team Parking
Visiting team buses may park in the main parking lot as available. Teams can enter and exit the facility through the main entrance gates.

Showers
Showers are available for your team to use post game, per request. The number of showers in each locker room is limited, please make travel arrangements accordingly. Towels will be provided. If you have members of the opposite sex on your staff, a locker room may be provided to accommodate.
Practice times
To schedule a practice time, please contact Tim Coleman with Events & Facilities at [email protected]. A practice field located at the University of Memphis Park Avenue Campus will be provided the day before or the morning of the game. We can arrange teams to walk the game if they would like without cleats or balls in advance of the game if desired.
Pre-Game Warm-up
The pre-game clock will begin at 60 minutes. Teams can feel free to utilize the field before that time. We request that teams stay out of the goal mouths until 25 minutes before kickoff.
Player’s Family pass list
Admission to both Men’s and Women’s soccer is free. No pass list is needed for visiting teams.
Inclement Weather Policy
The University of Memphis has subscribed to the Telvent DTN weather service to notify game management personnel of any lightning strikes within a 30-mile radius of the stadium’s location. When lightning is detected within 10 miles, game management staff will notify the fourth official that severe weather is imminent. Direct communication will continue with the officials until lightning is detected within a 8 mile radius. At this point, per AAC and NCAA guidelines, officials must suspend the contest and send both coaches and teams into their respective locker rooms. It is at the head official’s discretion to suspend the contest prior to the 8 mile radius.
