Applications will not be accepted until ALL Permanent Tee Time Fees are paid for the entire group. Weekly Player Substitutes – Occasional Substitutions for Season Pass Holders allowed in accordance with permanent tee time rules and regulations. “Hole in One” permanent tee time package purchasers shall be intended users of their permanent tee times. If it is determined the name on the application is not the intended user of the perm time all fees will be forfeited and loss of time will occur. Important Information
Preference Sheet must be submitted with your completed Permanent Tee Time Application. All foursomes will provide their top three choices for tee times. Groups will be notified of assigned tee time on April 6. If tee time is unsatisfactory, players on application will be offered a full refund for Permanent Tee Time Fees Paid. Refund request must be made no later than April 12, 2021. ------

Here’s What You Need to Know
Permanent Tee times begin May 1 and end September 12 for 20 weeks of play. Applications will be grouped based on the number of residents listed on the application. There will be three groups of applications: 1st Drawing – Applications with 4 residents 2nd Drawing – Applications with 3 residents 3rd Drawing – Applications with 2 or fewer residents Staff will perform a random draw of all groups starting with 4 residents, then 3 residents and finally 2 or fewer residents. Tee times will be assigned based on when application is drawn and preference indication. If a groups top three preferences are no longer available, staff will assign a time as close as possible to one of their preferences. Glenview Park District residency. Acceptable forms of identification include: A current government issued picture ID or a current utility bill with Glenview address. One Saturday/Sunday application can be submitted for each foursome. A player name may appear for each foursome if “The Mulligan” upgrade has been paid. Rain checks will be issued in the event the course is closed for play at the time of tee off. Players who have purchased the Hole in One Package are not eligible for green fee Rain Checks.
Please Note: If a satisfactory tee time is not received, a full refund will be offered for the cost of the season pass purchased and/or prepaid green fees. Refund request must be made through April 12, 2021. 2021 Permanent Tee Time Packages The following packages are per person. Choose any one of the following to be eligible for one permanent tee time for the 2021 season. All players appearing on the application must select one of the following. 1 — “The Birdie” $1100 — Valid for one permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday for the 2021 season. 2 — “The Par” $1,300 — Valid for one permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday plus 10 additional rounds for the 2021 Season. 3 — “The Eagle” $1,665 — Valid for one permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday plus 25 additional rounds for the 2021 Season. 4 — “The Albatross” $2,225 – Valid for one permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday plus 50 additional rounds for the 2021 Season. 5 — “The Hole in One” $2,450 — Valid for one permanent tee time Saturday or Sunday and a 7 Day Season Pass for the 2021 Season. Package also includes a 7 Day Season Pass at Glenview Prairie Club. 6 — “The Mulligan” upgrade $425 — Add an extra day Saturday or Sunday. Upgrade price is per player.
Note: All additional rounds are valid anytime Monday through Friday and after 10am Saturdays & Sundays. Rounds may be used by pass holder and one additional guest playing in the same tee time. Rounds are valid through 11/30/2021. Permanent Tee Time fees are valid only during selected tee time.
