On some ferry routes we offer pre-bookable meal packages. You will then find these under the optional services in the price section of the trip (these meal packages can only be booked directly in connection with the trip, subsequent additional bookings are not possible).

Visit the Orkney Islands: You can explore the Orkney Islands on your own by motorbike. In this case take the ferry from Gills to St. Margaret's Hope (offshoot approx. 20 min from Thurso). The crossing takes about one hour, you have about 7 hours time on the islands. Alternatively you can join an English-speaking bus excursion (only 01.05.-30.09.). This starts in John o' Groats (approx. 30 min from Thurso), the ferry crossing (John o' Groats to Burwick) takes only 40 minutes, the stay on the islands is approx. 8 hours. In the price section of the trip, please select one of the two excursion options.

Excursion programs: You can supplement your individual trip with bookable excursions and city tours.

Parking spaces: Secured parking available at the Amsterdam ferry port (cost per week: 40€/car; 80€/car with trailer; details in the travel documents) For this trip we usually use hotels that have parking spaces. We will reserve a pitch for you when you book (where possible, no claim). Parking fees may apply, which must be paid on site.
