Alfred S. Posamentier is currently Chief Liaison for International Academic Affairs at Long Island University, New York. He is for- mer Dean of the School of Education and Professor Emeritus of Mathematics Education at the City College of the City University of New York, and also held the same positions at Mercy College, New York. He was also Distinguished Lecturer at New York City College of Technology of the City University of New York. Stephen Krulik is Professor Emeritus of Mathematics Education at Temple University, where he was responsible for the under- graduate and graduate preparation of mathematics teachers for grades K–12, and for the in-service training of mathematics teachers at the graduate level. Dr. Krulik received the Great Teacher Award from Temple University in 2002, and was given the Lifetime Achievement Award from the NCTM in 2011.
