Eaton Names Steven Nash President, Eaton INOAC

CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturers Eaton Corporation and INOAC Corporation recently named Steven Nash president of the between Eaton and INOAC, effective May 14. The joint venture, called Eaton INOAC (EIC), is part of Eaton’s Fluid Power Group. Nash replaces Brian Krysiak, who is retiring this month. Nash will report to Craig Arnold, Eaton senior vice president and president - Fluid Power Group, and to Carl Malz, president and chief operating officer, INOAC USA.

"We're very pleased to have Steve in this role,” said Arnold. "His prior Eaton assignments and experience have prepared him well for this position. We look forward to Steve’s leadership as we execute our strategic growth and operational objectives for EIC."

Nash joined Eaton in 2002 as director, New Business Ventures for the Fluid Power Group. Previously, he held a variety of sales, marketing and business unit leadership positions in the automotive industry, including and Collins & Aikman Automotive Interior Systems. Most recently, he was director, Strategic Pricing, for the Fluid Power Group. Nash holds a master’s of business administration from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the former General Motors Institute, now Kettering University.
