The Annual General Meeting of Talyllychau Community Council was held at Talyllychau C.P. School on Tuesday 7th May, 2019 at 7.30 p.m. The following members were present: Councillors John Williams (Chairman) Janine Roberts, Marged Bowen, Sarah Walters, Nigel Lovatt & Jane Morgan (Clerk). C.C. Joseph Davies joined the meeting at 8.40 p.m. Apologies: Rhys Williams. Declaration of Interest. Jane Morgan re Clerk’s Wages. The minutes of the previous meeting were confirmed as correct. Balance of Statement £3,931.86 checked by Janine Roberts. Matters Arising. Agreed Chairman’s Expenses £160.00. Regulations for Administration of Churchyard to be put on Agenda for next meeting. Risk Assessment, Financial Regulations & Standing Orders to be placed on Agenda for next meeting. Details of end of year employee details completed and P60 End of Year Certificate Tax Year to 5 April 2019 completed. To elect Chairman. John Williams Chairman thanked everyone for their support over the last 12 months and it was proposed and agreed that Janine Roberts be elected Chairman. Janine Roberts thanked John Williams for his work as Chairman over the last year. To elect Vice-Chairman. It was proposed and agreed that Sarah Walters be elected as Vice-Chairman. Correspondence Agreed to pay the following: J. Morgan Wages £133.46 HM Revenue & Customs £33.20. Clerk’s Wages. Jane Morgan Clerk vacated the meeting. It was agreed to increase the wages £24.00 per month. Monthly gross wages to be £190.66. To be amended for next payment 04.06.2019. Jane Morgan Clerk re-entered the meeting. Agreed to pay Invoice Talley Community Website to Peter Knott for £110.00. Membership Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management. £95.00. Following discussion it was agreed not to renew. Code of Conduct. Request for Code of Conduct Data completed. Code of Conduct Training. Janine Roberts, Sarah Walters and Jane Morgan agreed to attend the meeting in Council Chamber, County Hall, , on 16th July, 2019 at 6pm. E.
