1. In General

Please contact the relevant (s) (cf. page 5) to ensure that the services you wish to purchase are available.

2. Provisions for Ramp and Passenger Handling

Subsection 1. Ramp handling is compulsory for all aircraft at Mittarfeqarfiit's airports if the aircraft is not covered by an SGHA or GHA, with the exceptions described in subsections 2 and 6. Ramp handling shall be paid for in accordance to pkt. 3, in connection with landing and take-off at an airport.

Subsection 2. Airlines with buildings/hangars directly adjacent to the apron/service areas may enter into an agreement with the relevant airfield for the operation of its own and chartered aircraft that provide flights in cooperation with the relevant airline.

Subsection 3. An agreement in accordance with subsection 2 may include special aircraft types, special flights, or all of the airline’s aircraft.

Subsection 4. Passenger handling is only offered upon departure, and is compulsory for all aircraft with passenger not covered by an SGHA or GHA.

Subsection 4b. The following aircraft are exempt from passenger handling: Ambulance, Military, Commercial and GA Aircraft which are under 5.7 tonnes and/or configured for less than 10 passengers.

Subsection 5. When issuing an annual permit pursuant to Article 9 of the Fees and Charges, the agreement regarding self-handling applies to the aircraft covered by the annual permit, even if the conditions don´t meet the subsection 2.

3. Prices for Ground and Passenger Handling

6. Additional Information

➢ In special cases, Mittarfeqarfiit may deviate from these Ground & Passenger Handling Provisions & Prices if Mittarfeqarfiit believes that a temporary change is appropriate and based on commercial considerations.

➢ Mittarfeqarfiit does not provide de-icing services, but will suggest other parties where it is possible.
