The lease agreement may be terminated by either party at three months’ notice. The owner may terminate the agreement on the grounds of non-com- pliance with the conditions mentioned above. Before termination, the owner must, however, have presented the advertiser with a warning in writing, asking to have the issue taken care of. All three locations have limited beds, and we recommend that you contact the airport beforehand to make sure that there is room available. Below is a description of the three locations and various charges. Qaarsut Airport (BGUQ) Contact: Airport Manager Ib Larsen, [email protected] Make your reservation at least two days before arrival. Facilities: The hostel has five single rooms with private bathrooms, and three communal bedrooms with a total of 17 beds and communal showers/toilets. The cafeteria seats 20 people. Other options in Qaarsut: A 3-bedroom, furnished apartment is available for rent for 1,220 DKK per 24 hours (for longterm lease, a special price can be arranged) Kulusuk Airport (BGKK) Contact: Area Manager Torben Larsen [email protected] or Administration Manager Alf Skovdal Friis [email protected] The hostel has no reservation requirements. However, to make sure that there are beds available, we recommend that you send a request to the contacts listed above in good time. Facilities: The hostel has six rooms with a total of ten beds. There is access to a communal kitchen and shower/toilet. In addition, the hostel has a communal living room with a TV. Whenever the weather conditions allow, the Kulusuk settlement offers shopping opportunities (distance approx 2 km). 07 MITTARFEQARFIIT | GREENLAND AIRPORTS Nerlerit Inaat (Constable Point) (BGCO) Contact: Airport Manager: Henrik Søltoft, [email protected] Administration: [email protected] Reservation at least 24 hours prior to arrival is required.
