University of Pittsburgh Student Employment Fair 2017 Directions to the William Pitt Union from the East By car ... from the East: • Cars traveling from the east via the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) should take Exit 57 to I-376 West • From I-376 (the "Parkway East") take the "University of Pittsburgh/Oakland/Route 885 North" exit (Exit 3B) onto Bates Street • Stay on Bates until it ends at Bouquet Street, approximately eight-tenths of a mile • Turn left onto Bouquet, then right at the first light onto Forbes Avenue • Make a left onto Bigelow Boulevard • If you would like to drop your materials off at the William Pitt Union (WPU) before parking your vehicle, then make a left into Fifth Avenue and turn left past the Oakland Bakery into the Quad parking area. Go to the second lot on the left. • If you prefer to park your vehicle and carry your own materials, then continue on Bigelow Boulevard passing Fifth Avenue. The entrance to Soldiers and Sailors parking lot will be on your left hand side.

Proceed on I-579 to the "Oakland/Monroeville" exit, and then exit onto the Boulevard of the Allies • Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies for about 1 mile until to see the "Forbes Avenue" exit on your right. Forbes Avenue then leads right into the Pitt campus • Make a left onto Bigelow Boulevard • If you would like to drop your materials off at the William Pitt Union (WPU) before parking your vehicle, then make a left into Fifth Avenue and turn left past the Oakland Bakery into the Quad parking area.
