Request for information regarding – Second Homes
I’m emailing with a request regarding information for second homes in Pembrokeshire.
This includes any home/dwelling that is not a permanent residency for 12 months of the year, any home/dwelling that is registered as paying the 50% second home council tax premium and any home that is registered as a holiday let.
This figure should include accommodation that is considered housing stock (including apartments/flats), and does not include caravans, log cabins or similar.
I have already requested the number of said dwellings in Tenby, but if possible, I would like this broken down further, into ‘Tenby North’ and ‘Tenby South’ LA constituencies. This is so I can accurately compare numbers to the 2001 census that provided figures on the subject using these constituencies.

It is not possible to break down our analysis of second homes in Tenby into ‘Tenby North’ and ‘Tenby South’ constituencies as we do not hold this information.
