• All steel construction sourced in North America • Lead free paint system • Headboards and Footboards are constructed with various dimensions and shapes of solid steel tubing. All components are welded, ground, and spot finished for a smooth surface. • The completed components are cleaned and treated prior to painting to insure excellent adhesion of the painted finish. • The bedding support system includes steel tubing “ribs” that span the width of the bed. The ribs are attached to steel angle side rails with plastic Z clips and 1 7/8” #10 screws. • Full & Queen size beds have 2 center supports that attach to the ribs with 1 ½” bolts and lock nuts. Each support system attaches to the bed ends with 8 appropriate length bolts (depending on thickness of tubing), washers and lock nuts. The bolts pass completely through the bed end tubing for durability and additional support. • The support system has 3 options for bed height depending on user preference and the whether a box spring is being used. • The headboards can also be combined with our standard metal bedframes for a simple bed with no footboard. • The weight limit for beds ranges from 300 lbs to 600 lbs based on the size and style of the bed. • All packaging is from recycled materials and the use of non-degradable packaging is kept to an ` absolute minimum.
