TENDER INVITATION
The Water Utilities Corporation invites tenders for the supply of the Corporation’s requirements for:
1. DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION, AND COMMISSIOINING OF PALAPYE WATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION, TENDER NO. WUC 036 (2018)
Bidding Companies for WUC 036 (2018) should be registered with PPADB PPADB in Code 03 Civil
Engineering Works, Sub Code 06, Grade E or Code 05 Water and Sewage Treatment Plants
Works Sub Code 01 Water& Sewage Treatment Plant, Grade E. International companies must submit relevant certificate issued by the Licencing Authority. A COMPULSORY Site visit Meeting for WUC 036 (2018) shall be held at Palapye Treatment Plant opposite Botswana Intern ational University Science & Technology (BIUST) on the 15th August 2018 at 1000 hours. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 1000 hours.)
2. DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIOINING OF MAHALAPYE WATER TREATMENT PLANT, TENDER NO. WUC 029 (2018)
Bidding Companies for WUC 029 (2018) should be registered with PPADB Code 03 Civil
Engineering Works, Sub Code 06, Grade E or Code 05 Water and Sewage Treatment Plants Works Sub Code 01 Water& Sewage Treatment Plant, Grade E. International companies must submit relevant certificate issued by the Licencing Authority. A COMPULSORY Site visit Meeting for WUC 029 (2018) shall be held at Mahalapye Treatment Plant on the 14th August 2018 at 1000 hours. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 1000 hours.). 3. METER REMOVAL, INSTALLATION, RELOCATION AND WORKS AREA RE-INSTATEMENT AT GABORONE (PHAKALANE, BLOCK 10 AND BLOCK 8) AND FRANCISTOWN (SELEPA,
CENTRAL TOWN, NTSHE, PHASE 6, WHITE CITY, MINESTONE, BLOCK 4,5,10 AND TATI-RIVER
PLOTS), TENDER NO:WUC018 (2018)
Bidding Companies for WUC 018(2018) should be registered with PPADB Code 03 Civil Engineering; Sub code 04 – Irrigation works, water and sanitation reticulation Grade C. International companies must submit relevant certificate issued by the Licencing Authority. A COMPULSORY Briefing meeting for WUC 018(2018) shall be held at Gaborone Waterworks on the 15 th August 2018 at 1000 hours. The team shall then tour the project area. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 1000 hours.)
Specifications for these tenders may be obtained at the Corporation’s Headquarters in Gaborone, th Sedibeng House, Office No. 208 as of 7 August 2018.
