Traffic must not be put at risk. All requests to the Belgian Police have to be made by means of the request form hereunder and have to be sent to the national contact point. The competent authority in Belgium will immediately take a decision concerning the request. The decision will be sent as quickly as possible in writing to the competent authority of the requesting Party. When carrying out the joint operation, the cross-border official must be in possession of a summary list of the means and material he has brought with him.
