U. z 2021 r., poz. 741 z późn. zm.), zgodnie z uchwałą XV/117/19 Rady Miejskiej w Lubsku z dnia 29 listopada 2019 r., po stwierdzeniu, że plan nie narusza ustaleń zmiany studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego Gminy Lubsko dla terenów w obrębach: Chocicz, Chocimek, Mokra i Lutol oraz Tuchola Żarska i Stara Woda przyjętego uchwałą Rady Miejskiej w Lubsku Nr XXIII/179/20 z dnia 30 września 2020 r., uchwala się co następuje: Rozdział 1. Przepisy ogólne § 1. 1. Uchwala się miejscowy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy Lubsko, dla terenów położonych w obrębach ewidencyjnych: Tuchola Żarska oraz Stara Woda. 2. Granice obszaru objętego uchwałą oznaczono na rysunku planu w skali 1: 1000. 3. Integralną częścią uchwały jest rysunek planu w skali 1:1000 stanowiący załącznik nr 1zwany dalej rysunkiem. 4. Rozstrzygnięcie dotyczące sposobu rozpatrzenia uwag do projektu planu, stanowi załącznik nr 2. 5.     Polizei + Forschung Infopool Prävention ojektsammlung 2001 Bundeskriminalamt (Hg.) Der Infopool Prävention des Bundeskriminalamts ist eine im November 1995 begonnene Informationssammlung zu natio- nalen und internationalen Präventionsakteuren, -aktivitäten, -projekten und -modellen. Ziele des Infopool Prävention sind u. a. das Erkennen von Entwicklungen, Schwerpunkten, aber auch Defiziten im Bereich der Kriminalprävention, das Erkennen von relevanten The- Länder-Bund-Pr Kriminal- menfeldern für die präventionsbezogene Forschung inklusive der Initiierung und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten. Der Infopool Prävention ist auch als Angebot eines Forums für den nationalen und internationalen Erfahrungsaustausch prävention zwischen Polizei und sonstigen Akteuren der Kriminalpräven- tion zu verstehen.     Prawa człowieka a policja I. Wprowadzenie 1. Policja jest organem ochrony porzdku prawnego najbardziej widocznym w yciu społeczestwa. Zadaniem policji jest bowiem bezporednia, codzienna ochrona prawa, porzdku i bezpieczestwa publicznego. Kontakt jednostki z policjantem to najczciej wystpujce bezporednie zetknicie si z reprezentujcym władz pastwow funkcjonariuszem publicznym. Prawo, szanowane w praktyce przez funkcjonariuszy pastwa prawa, słuy nie tylko obywatelom, lecz take władzy i tyme funkcjonariuszom. Policjant jest wic (a przynajmniej powinien by) sług prawa, czsto bdc jednoczenie jego pierwszym interpretatorem, który decyduje o tym, czy prawo zostało naruszone, i o sposobie ochrony naruszonego porzdku 1. 2. Prawo policyjne to system norm okrelajcych oraz regulujcych struktur, ustrój i działalno organów zajmujcych si ochron bezpieczestwa i porzdku publicznego, a w szczególnoci prawa i obowizki tych organów, w tym zakres i sposób podejmowanych przez nie działa 3. Obowizujce w Polsce prawo policyjne jest efektem przemian ostatnich lat.     Przegląd Przyrodniczy XXVII, 1 (2016): 3-30 Piotr Kobierski, Roman Ryś ROZMIESZCZENIE GATUNKÓW NAMULISKOWYCH Z KLASY ISOËTO-NANOJUNCETEA NA OBSZARZE POWIATU ŻARSKIEGO DISTRIBUTION OF SILT SPECIES OF THE CLASS ISOËTO-NANOJUNCETEA IN THE DISTRICT OF ŻARY ABSTRAKT: W artykule opisano rozmieszczenie 30 wybranych gatunków namuliskowych z klasy Iso- ëto-Nanojuncetea na obszarze powiatu żarskiego. Stanowiska poszczególnych taksonów zamieszczono na mapie powiatu w siatce kwadratów ATPOL o boku 2,5 km. Mapy opracowano na podstawie danych z literatury, zielnika GLM oraz własnych badań terenowych przeprowadzonych w latach 2008–2015. SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: gatunki zagrożone, siedliska antropogeniczne, stawy rybne, pola uprawne ABSTRACT: The article describes distribution of 30 selected silt species of the class Isoëto-Nanojun- cetea in the district of Żary. Localities of individual taxa are presented on the district map as 2.5 km ATPOL squares. The maps are based on the data from literature, the GLM herbarium and author’s own field research carried out in the years 2008–2015. Wrong Memory Codes? The Polish “Blue” Police and Collaboration in the Holocaust In 2016, seventy-one years after the end of World War II, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs disseminated a long list of “wrong memory codes” (błędne kody pamięci), or expressions that “falsify the role of Poland during World War II” and that are to be reported to the nearest Polish diplomat for further action. Sadly—and not by chance—the list elaborated by the enterprising humanists at the Polish Foreign Ministry includes for the most part expressions linked to the Holocaust. On the long list of these “wrong memory codes,” which they aspire to expunge from historical narrative, one finds, among others: “Polish genocide,” “Polish war crimes,” “Polish mass murders,” “Polish internment camps,” “Polish work camps,” and—most important for the purposes of this text—“Polish participation in the Holocaust.” The issue of “wrong memory codes” will from time to time reappear in this study.

Einleitung Das vorliegende Bewertungsmodell ermöglicht den Staatsarchiven ein rationelles und einheitliches Vorgehen bei der Aussonderung von Unterlagen der Polizei. Den Polizeidienststellen gibt es eine erste Orientierung darüber, welchen Stellenwert bestimmte Aktengruppen bei der Überlieferungsbildung haben und wie die Bewertungsentscheidung des Staatsarchivs ausfallen wird. 1999 konstituierte sich die Projektgruppe zur vertikalen und horizontalen Bewertung der Unterlagen der Polizei in Baden-Württemberg.
