DECLARATION OF EXISTING PROVINCIAL ROADS - (I) PROVINCIAL ROAD P51 SECTION 1, (11) PROVINCIAL ROAD P51 SECTION 3, (111) PROVtNClAL ROAD P127 SECTION 1 AS NATIONAL ROAD N11- DISTRICTS OF GROBLERSDAL AND MIDDELBURG.

By virtue of Section 40(l)(a) of the South African National Road Agency Limited and National Roads Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby declare (I) the Section of Provincial Road P51 Section 1, also known as N11 commencing from the Limpopo/Mpumalanga Provincial Border up to Marble Hall, (11) the Section of Provincial Road P51 Section 3, also known as Nll, continuing from Marble Hall up to Groblersdal, and (111) the Section of Provincial Road P127 Section 1, also known as Nl1, continuing from Groblersdal up to Middelburg, as described in the Annexure hereto to be a National Road.

ANNEXURE

(i) Description of existing proclaimed Provincial Road P51-1 between the LimpopolMpumalanga Provincial Border and Marble Hall.

The Section of Route N11, also known as Provincial Road P51-1, as previously declared by Administrator Notices as Provincial Road, commencing from the intersection with the Limpopo/Mpumalanga Provincial Border on the farm Boschoek 703 - KS, where it joins the existing National Road N11 as declared by National Road Declaration No. 1227 of 22 October 2004, there from on proceeding in a general South-Easterly direction on existing Provincial Road P5G1 up to a point in line with the Eastern boundary of Portion 575 of the farm Loskop Noord 12 - JS at Marble Hall where it terminates. (11) Description of existing Provincial Road P51-3 between Marble Hall and Groblersdal.

The Section of Route N11, also known as Provincial Road P51-3, as previously declared by Administrator Notices as Provincial Road, again commencing from a point in line with the Eastern boundary of Portion 1061 of the farm Loskop Noord 12 - JS, there from on proceeding in a general Southern direction on existing Provincial Road P51-3 up to a point in line with the Northern boundary of Portion 64 of the farm Klipbank 26 - JS North of Groblersdal where it terminates. (111) Description of existing Provincial Road Pl27-1 between Groblersdal and Middelburg.

The Section of Route N11 , also known as Provincial Road P127-1, as previously declared by Administrative Notices as Provincial Road, again commencing from a point in line with the Southern boundary of Portion 20 of the farm Welgevonden 45 - JS south of Groblersdal, there from on proceeding in a general Southerly , direction on existing Provincial Road P127-1up to a point in line with the Northern boundary of H F VenrdStreet - North of Middelburg - where it terminates.
