Oral presentations will last 15 minutes (about 12-13 minutes for the presentation and 3-2 minutes for questions from the audience). Please go the Internet/Ready Room to check and upload your presentation file into the meeting main computer on the afternoon previous to your presentation. Internet/Ready Room will be located at the Games Hall (4th floor of the former Casino Taoro). Conference staff will help you in this process. Presentation files should be prepared in only MS PowerPoint version 2003 or earlier. The use of your own personal computer will not be permitted for your oral presentation; therefore, please do not forget to upload your presentation into the meeting main computer. Please bring your file in either USB, memory stick/card, CD or DVD. Simultaneous translations Spanish-English / English-Spanish for oral presentations are considered.

Poster presentation size should be 841 mm (wide) and 1189 mm (height).
