STILL (750ml) 9.5 SPARLKLING (750ml) 9.5 STRANGELOVE - CRAFT SOFT DRINKS *These are Organic products certified by ACO (275ml) 7 Ginger Beer contains two varieties of ginger to give the perfect balance. The cinnamon adds spicy/sweet complex undertones, complimenting the bite of the ginger, and the organic lemon juice provides acidity and body. Tastes very much like a homemade ginger beer of old. Blood Orange and Chilli combines the tart, complex flavour of Italian blood orange juice with the spiciness of chilli extract. It’s a very unique drink in that often it takes the chilli several seconds to kick in but, once it does, it lingers on the front palette. The Blood Orange juice is vibrant and fruity. Bitter Grapefruit mixer by combining organic pink grapefruit juice with a hideously expensive extract made from grapefruit pith and peel. The result is an extremely complex, sophisticated and bitter grapefruit mixer that does justice to any tequila, gin and white rum it comes in contact with. Lemon Squash is made with lesser known citrus varieties such as Yuzu, Bitter Orange and Calamansi providing an unusual and highly complex flavour profile that is full of vibrancy. The Yuzu extract provides flavours comparable to mandarin, whilst also simulating a ‘freshly squeezed’ lemon flavour. 6 SECTION 5.
