INTRODUCCIÓN Desde el Área de Acción Social, Mujer e Igualdad y Cooperación del Ayuntamiento de Sopela, trabajamos desde hace tiempo en la elaboración de procesos de acogida para dar respuesta a las demandas que las personas migradas nos hacen llegar. En esta interacción directa con las personas, se ha detectado la necesidad de contar con un conocimiento estructurado de los recursos que existen en el municipio y en el entorno. Por ello, desde este Área municipal se ha elaborado esta Guía de recursos para la Acogida. Este documento, se trata de la primera acción en materia de acogida elaborada por el ayuntamiento de Sopela. La GUÍA pretende ofrecer a las personas migradas vecinas de Sopela información relativa a recursos de interés con incidencia en la acogida. Al mismo tiempo, busca estructurar los diferentes recursos existentes en Sopela y su entorno, facilitando así también el trabajo de información y/u orientación del personal técnico con atención al público en materia de recursos para la acogida de personas migradas. 4 GUÍA DE RECURSOS PARA LA ACOGIDA SOPELA 2. EMPADRON AMIENTO 5 GUÍA DE RECURSOS PARA LA ACOGIDA SOPELA 2. EMPADRONAMIENTO Empadronarse significa inscribirse en el Padrón Municipal, un registro donde figuran todos los vecinos y vecinas de Sopela. Todas las personas pueden empadronarse, independientemente de su nacionalidad, de su situación administrativa, regular o irregular, y de su edad. Cosas a tener en cuenta: • Las personas que viven en el municipio tienen la obligación de inscribirse en este registro. • Nadie puede impedir tu empadronamiento: vulnera tus derechos. • La inscripción, en algunos casos, supone un requisito previo para acceder a determinados servicios públicos (asistencia sanitaria no urgente, educación, inscripción en Lanbide…) Muy importante: La persona extranjera que no sea nacional de un país de la Unión Europea, salvo la que tiene autorización de residencia de larga duración, deberá renovar su inscripción en el Padrón Municipal antes de los dos años desde que efectuó su inscripción. Si no lo hace, el Ayuntamiento puede darle de baja sin audiencia previa. ¿Qué documentación se debe presentar? • DNI, NIE o Pasaporte en vigor. En el caso de los menores de 14 años será suficiente con la partida de nacimiento o el libro de familia. • Ciudadanos/as UE: Certificado de registro de ciudadanos/as de UE. • Documento que acredite la ocupación de la vivienda (escritura de propiedad, contrato de arrendamiento, contrato de suministro luz, agua, etc.) ¿Dónde puedo solicitar mi inscripción en el Padrón Municipal? En las Oficinas de atención a la ciudadana del ayuntamiento de Sopela 6 GUÍA DE RECURSOS PARA LA ACOGIDA SOPELA 3. ASISTENCIA SANITARIA 7 GUÍA DE RECURSOS PARA LA ACOGIDA SOPELA 3. ASISTENCIA SANITARIA OSAKIDETZA 24 horas al día, 365 días al año. TELEFONO 944 203 020 - 902 203 020 MAIL www.osakidetza.euskadi.net Muy importante: Sea cual sea tu tiempo de empadronamiento y situación administrativa, siempre debe haber cobertura sanitaria para las siguientes situaciones: • Urgencias y lo que se derive de estas. • Mujeres durante el embarazo, parto y post-parto. • Menores de 18 años. • Enfermedades infecto-contagiosas. • Enfermedades mentales. • Enfermedades crónicas. 3.1. SOLICITUD DE ASISTENCIA SANITARIA Las personas extranjeras que no tengan regularizada su situación administrativa tienen la misma cobertura sanitaria que el resto de personas. Para ello deberán solicitar su inclusión en el Programa de protección integral de la salud. Se deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos: • Estar empadronadas en el País Vasco. • Llevar más de tres meses en el Estado (o haber residido durante al menos tres meses en algún país del espacio Schengen, y en caso de tener visado este haya caducado). • Carecer de recursos económicos propios y no tener acceso a un sistema de protección sanitaria pública por cualquier otra vía. La solicitud se debe hacer en el ambulatorio más cercano al domicilio en el que la persona esté empadronada, rellenando una hoja de solicitud que se proporcionará en el mismo centro de salud. 8 GUÍA DE RECURSOS PARA LA ACOGIDA SOPELA En el propio justificante de haber solicitado la inclusión en el citado programa de protección a la salud se le asignará un Médico/a de Atención Primaria provisional y este le servirá a la persona solicitante para poder acceder a los servicios de Osakidetza durante el plazo de 3 meses. (Durante este periodo las recetas deberán ser en papel) Formulario de solicitud Antes del transcurso de ese plazo de 3 meses, Osakidetza deberá comunicar a la persona solicitante la respuesta mediante una carta en la que, si se cumplen los requisitos señalados, se reconocerá el acceso a toda la cartera de prestaciones de

El primero y más importante es comprender que los mercados inmobiliarios son múltiples, relativamente pequeños y pueden presentar notables diferencias según sea la situación relativa de la oferta y de la demanda en cada uno de ellos. Por esta razón, todo lo que se expone a continuación es una generalización que no puede aplicarse automáticamente a ningún mercado concreto. El segundo proviene del grado de fiabilidad de las estadísticas disponibles. Algunos datos como la evolución de los precios varían considerablemente dependiendo de la fuente elegida. Datos y estadísticas analizados en el presente informe: Viviendas iniciadas Se obtiene del Ministerio de Fomento a través de la encuesta que realiza entre los Colegios de Aparejadores con respecto al número de visados de dirección facultativa de las Obras. Viviendas vendidas Se obtiene del Ministerio de Fomento a partir de los datos remitidos trimestralmente por la Agencia Notarial de Certificación (ANCERT). Precios de Venta Para ver la evolución de los precios de las viviendas, hemos seleccionado tres fuentes: . Estadística de Valor Tasado de la Vivienda del Ministerio de Fomento a partir de los datos de los informes de tasación facilitados por la Asociación Española de Valor (AEV), entidad integrada por las principales sociedades de tasación de España.     ESTATUTOS DEL CONSORCIO DE AGUAS DE BILBAO-BIZKAIA Junio 2019 _____________________________________________________________________________________ Junio 2019 1 PREAMBULO 1. El 17 de marzo de 1967 se constituyó un Consorcio entre los municipios de Abanto-Zierbena, Arrigorriaga, Barakaldo, Basauri, Berango, Bilbao, Etxebarri, Galdakao, Getxo, Larrabetzu, Leioa, Lezama, Portugalete, Muskiz, Ortuella, Valle de Trapaga-Trapagaran, Santurtzi, Sestao y Zaratamo (denominaciones actuales) y la Corporación Administrativa Gran Bilbao, para la instalación y gestión de los servicios de interés local que se recogían en el artículo 5 de sus Estatutos: establecimiento y explotación de aguas y saneamiento de la Comarca en red primaria, la ayuda económica para el establecimiento y explotación de las redes locales de los mismos servicios y el asesoramiento técnico para tales finalidades. En el año 1972, los fines fueron ampliados tanto a la gestión de abonados de las respectivas redes secundarias locales de los Ayuntamientos, como al mantenimiento y explotación de las mismas, a petición de cualquiera de los municipios consorciados. Por lo que respecta a la sucesiva incorporación de municipios al Consorcio, desde los 19 inicialmente integrantes, la de Alonsotegi, Derio, Erandio, Loiu, Sondika, Zamudio y Zierbena se produjo formalmente en el momento de su desanexión de aquellos de los que en 1967 formaban parte. En el año 1993 se incorporaron los de Barrika, Gamiz-Fika, Gorliz, Plentzia, Sopela y Urduliz. En 1994, Laukiz y Mungia. En 1996, Ubide y Ugao-Miraballes. En 1997, Arantzazu, Areatza, Artea, Bedia, Igorre, Lemoa y Zeanuri. En 1999, Durango, Gordexola, Güeñes, Iurreta, Izurtza, Lemoiz, Mañaria, Zaldibar y Zalla. En el año 2000 Balmaseda y en 2003, Morga.
