Day 1: Arrival . Arrive . Meet at arrival hall your travel representative . Transfer to Beirut for overnight

Day 2: Beirut . . Ex plore the cosmopolitan Lebanese capital. Drive along the sea-front Corniche to the Raouche Rocks, then visit the National Museum with its well displayed and important collection of artifacts dating back to the Phoenician period , proceed the downtown Solidere area with its attractive Ottoman and French Mandate period buildings, churches, mosques, and archaeological sites . Light at a typical Lebanese local restaurant . Afternoon, transfer to Lamina’s for class, where you will learn how to make  One: • "Kebbeh" with • "Kebbeh" in Tray • Lamb with Yogurt • At the end of your class, you will sit down as a grgrooupup to enjoy your creations . Return to the hotel for Overnight

Day 3: Beirut - Tripoli – Cedars - Beirut . Breakfast . Drive towards the second largest city of Tripoli, a modern city known to have preserved jealously its medieval old re ligious edifices and public buildings. In the old town you cancan see the Crusader Castle of Raymond de St. GilleGilless,, Mosques from Mamel uks period, Koranic schools, oriental Bazaars & Souks and the Turkish bath named “Hamman Izzeddine” . Visit of the old Souks, Visit of Khan Al Saboun (Soap Market). Pass by Khan El Kayyatin (the Tailors), Souk Al Sagha (Gold ma rket), Souk Al Attareen ( sellers market) . Sample various tasty (Moghrabieh, Halawat el Riz, , Ka ’ak, etc.) . End the tour in the Cedars; known for its beautiful pine trees forest from biblical times lying at an altitude of 1600 to 200 0 meters above the sea level. The Cedars area is also known for its winter skiing resort. The road to the Cedars passes through the magnificent Qadisha Valley, the picturesque villages of Zghorta and leading you to Bcherri the hometown of the famous international poet Gebran Khalil Gubran of Lebanese origin . Dinner at a local restaurant . Return to the hotel for Overnight

Day 4: Beirut - Jietta - Byblos - Beirut . Breakfast . Drive north on the slopes of Mount Lebanon to Jeita Grotto, one of Lebanon's most unusual tourist attractions, an enormous cavern festooned with every shape and siz e of stalactite and stalagmite . Continue to B yblos (Jbeil) the Phoenician city known to being the oldest continually inhabited town, where you w ill visit the Crusaders' castle, the Phoenician temples and the Roman theatre, the Royal Necropolis and enjoy a lovely promenade on the coa st next to the port . Sample various tasty food (Kaak, Fish sandwiches) . Afternoon, transfer to Lamina’s Kitchen for cooking class, where you will learn how to make  Course Two: • "Moghrabieh" with • "Moghrabieh" with Meat • At the end of your class, you will sit down as a grgrooupup to enjoy your creations . Day 5: Beirut - - Tyre - Beirut . Breakfast . Drive South of Beirut along the coast to Sidon (Saida). The visits start with the “Castle of the Sea” a crusader’s castle of the 13 th century then proceed to Khan El-Franj, a typical Caravan Serail. Stop for a typical Lebanese lunch. After Lunch, continue further down the southern coast to Tyre (Sour) to visit the Necropolis excavations, the Monumental Arch and the spectacular hippodrom e, the second largest and best preserved of the Roman era. Two kilometers ahead, visit of the imperia l city excavation which offers a majestic avenue toward the sea giving access to the residential area with its remark able designed public monuments . Sample various tasty food (Mamoul, Sahlab , Lemonade, Knefeh, Oriental Sweets, etc.) . Afternoon, transfer to Lamina’s Kitchen for cooking class, where you will learn how to make  Course Three: • Stuffed in Red • Stuffed in Red sauce • Meat Stuffed • Stuffed Zucchini and Eggplant with • At the end of your class, you will sit down as a group to enjoy your creations . Return to the hotel for Overnight

Day 6: Beirut - Deir el Qamar - Beiteddine - Beirut . Breakfast . drive south of Beirut to Deir El Qamar , the former capital of Mount Lebanon which still retains in its pretty town square several palaces and the famous Marie Baz Museum, Notre Dame church and Fakhr ed -Dine Mosque dating from the 17 th and 18t centuries. Proceed to Beit ed-Dine to visit the mag nificent Palace of Emir Bechir known for its masterpiece of the oriental architecture, which became now a days the summer residence of the President of the Republic of Lebanon . Afternoon, transfer to Lamina’s Kitchen for cooking class, where you will learn how to make  Course Four: • Green Peas • Green Beans Stew • Stew • At the end of your class, you will sit down as a grgrooupup to enjoy your creations . Return to the hotel for Overnight

Day 7: Beirut - Bekaa Wineries - Beirut . Breakfast . Early departure to Baalbeck, on the way you will notice the magnificent Bekaa plain. Once in Baalbeck, you will see the most colossal monuments ever to be found from the Romans period, the Temple of Jupiter with its sumptuous columns, the richly decorated Temple of Bacchus a nd the original pentagonal Temple of Venus. . Proceed to visit famous winery of Château Ksara, the most famous winery of the region dating back to the 19 th century, for tasting. Visit also Château , the second biggest winery in the with land that extends up to 300 acres (1.2 km2) amongst the foothills of Mount Barouk. . Afternoon, transfer to Lamina’s Kitchen for cooking class, where you will learn how to make  Course Five: • Vegan Green Beans • Sauteed Eggplant with • Sauteed Zucchini with Chickpeas • Haricot Salad with • At the end of your class, you will sit down as a grgrooupup to enjoy your creations . Return to the hotel & Overnight

Day 8: Departure . Breakfast . Transfer to Beirut Int’l Airport for departure.
