SATURDAY VARSITY WORKOUTS
This season we will begin having our varsity players come in at 10 am on Saturdays after Friday games to get a light lift, light run, and stretch. This will aid in the recovery process after those Friday games. Our training room will open at 9 am for treatment and the workout will begin at 10 am. Everything will conclude at approx. 11 am unless the players want to stay and review the previous night’s game film together as a group. These Saturday workouts will be mandatory but we will make exceptions for college visits, etc. I do need your son to communicate in advance if they have a conflict for a particular Saturday due to a trip out of town etc.
The dates of these Saturday varsity only workouts are below so that you can place them on your calendar. These dates only include Saturdays after Friday games and they do not include open week dates.
Aug. 25
Sept. 1, 8, and 22
Oct. 13 and 27
Nov. 3 and 10
Saturday dates during the playoffs will be determined at a later time.
