Whereas, an appeal under Section 19(3) of RTI Act, 2005 was received from Shri Shoney Pertin, Pasighat, P.o/P.s - Pasighat, Distt. East siang, Arunachal pradesh, pio for non-furnishing of information, by - cum -Er. phurpa Tsering, RWD, Tawang, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh as sought for by the Appellant under section 6(1) of RTlAct, 2005. Whereas, the 1" hearing was held on 7ti April 2027. The Appellant was absent and the PIO - cum - EE, WRD Pasighat was present. Whereas, today on 2nd hearing of this appeal before the commission. The PIO - cum - EE, WRD Pasighat was present but the Appellant was not present.

Whereas, the Appellant has informed the commission that he has received all the information and details which he has sought and also requested the commission to dispose the appeal vide him letter dated 28th April, 2021. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of and closed. Copy of the order is supplied to the parties free of cost.
