All of our cocktails are lovingly made by our dedicated bar team, using only the finest and fresh ingredients and individually garnished with fresh fruit. They are priced at £7.50 each ...and don’t forget our happy hour! 2 for £12 between 5pm & 7pm daily

Mojito(s) Made from fresh mint muddled with fresh lime juice, sugar, and rum with a splash of soda. Nicely tart with a good minty, zesty tang and a little punch from the rum. Choose from Blueberry, Raspberry, Passionfruit or simply a Classic Mojito, just ask our bartenders.

Long Island Iced Made with , , light rum, , , and a splash of cola, which gives the drink the same amber hue as its namesake when stirred.

Cosmopolitan A cosmopolitan, or informally a cosmo, is made with vodka, triple sec, fresh lime juice and cranberry juice for that pretty pink colour.

Espresso Martini A delicious and well balanced coffee-flavored made with vodka, espresso, coffee , and sugar . It is not a true martini as it contains neither gin nor , but is one of many that incorporate the term into their names.

Gin Bramble A fruity and lovely concoction of gin, bramble mix or crème de mûre, lemon juice and sugar syrup. A tart but not drink perfect for summer evenings.

Aperol Spritz An Italian classic, pleasantly zesty, and slightly bitter. Made from Aperol liqueur, a helping of prosecco and a little splash of soda, this is a light and fresh aperitif perfect for a little pre-dinner treat.

French Martini A lovely mixture consisting of vodka, chambord, pineapple juice and sugar syrup, this cocktail was actually born in the USA rather than France. Punchy, refreshing, and dangerously more-ish, this is the perfect drink if you have a sweet tooth.

Pornstar Martini Created in London with no other motive than to “bring customers out of their comfort zone”, this tasty drink fast became a favourite. Made with vanilla vodka, Passionfruit purée and sugar syrup and served with a shot of Prosecco, this cocktail can be drank in a variety of ways. Disaronno Sour Made with Disaronno, lemon juice or more commonly sour mix, and sugar syrup, this smooth and not-too-boozy cocktail is perfect for that post-dinner treat if you can’t manage a dessert. Velvety, sweet and delicious.

Moscow Mule A simple American cocktail with an interesting history, and very Russian routes. Made with vodka, and fresh lime juice poured over ice, this refreshing beverage is perfect for a summer evening treat.

Strawberry Daiquiri Traditionally frozen, but sometimes shaken, this drink is a twist on the Cuban classic made with strawberry mix, rum, lime juice and sugar syrup. Wonderfully refreshing, suitably tart, and elegantly tasty.

After Eight Thirty The perfect end to a meal. Creamy, silky, smooth and rich, this cocktail has many different variations but we stuck to this one. Made with Baileys, cream, milk and créme de menthe and served with an After 8 chocolate, what’s not to like?

White Russian Created in the late 1940’s but made famous by The Big Lebowski, this drink is made up of coffee liqueur, vanilla vodka, cream and milk and is a favourite amongst after-dinner cocktail lovers. Dark & Stormy Originating from The Carribbean, this drink is punchy, adequately tart and wonderfully refreshing, made with Goslings dark rum, ginger beer and fresh lime juice, there really is no better drink for an early evening wind down in summer. a classic drink created in the USA, but with Polynesian routes, this drink consists of 2 different types of rum, Grand mariner, orgeat syrup and peychaud , a favourite among cocktail drinkers and bartenders alike.

Negroni Widely respected as an Italian digestif, this drink made with , gin and sweet vermouth is a classic favourite. Silky and warming. Cherry Bakewell Sour A house favourite. Our adaption on the classic sweet dessert is made from raspberry purée, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, Disaronno amaretto and garnished with a glacier cherry. Sweet, a little sour, and all things good. When in Rome... Classic Martini An old classic? The godfather of cocktails? Whatever you call it, the question is shaken or stirred... consisting of gin and vermouth, this drink is an elegant mixture of bitter and smooth. Choose from gin or vodka.

Elderflower Fizz The ultimate refreshing mocktail with delicious floral and minty notes, the Elderflower Fizz is a zingy drink consisting of apple juice, elderflower cordial and splash of soda water. So simple, so refreshing, so tasty. Apple Mint Mojito Craving the zestiness of a mojito? The freshness of mint? This lovely mixture of apple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice muddled together with fresh mint leaves and a dash of sugar syrup and soda makes one tasty drink. Refreshing, satisfying, and did we mention its non alcholic? Summer breeze Very much a drink living up to its name. The Summer Breeze has the colours of the setting Summer’s sun, with the tang of cranberry, the sweetness of fresh and the little uplifting hint from grenadine, this sweet treat looks pretty and tastes just as good too!

Not so cosmo The Not So Cosmo is in fact rather similar to its alcoholic counterpart, with the flavours coming from a mixture of cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice and a dash of grenadine, these ingredients explode into life when mixed together, not to mention the colour!

Blue Elderflower Similar to the Elderflower Fizz, we decided to mix it up a bit by replacing apple juice with blueberry syrup, and we’re glad we did. The zestiness of blueberries and fresh lime juice combined with the floral undertones of elderflower topped with a dash of soda makes this mocktail one to write home about! St Clements Named after the famous nursery rhyme, this drink definitely sticks to its routes. Consisting of the tangy bitter lemon, zesty fresh lime juice, and sweet fresh orange juice, this refreshing drink is deliciously more-ish.

Ginger cranberry One of our favourites. This mocktail pairs the strong taste of ginger with the sweet and zesty undertones of cranberry juice, fresh lime juice and a sweet hint from sugar syrup creating a warming and wonderfully refreshing beverage. Simple, yet divine. The WoodyarD Soft Drinks
