Gin has been a popular choice among cocktail bartenders for over 200 years because of the variety of flavours and ingredients it can contain. The 45 West cocktail menu is designed to showcase the versatility of Burleighs London Dry Gin and to offer something for everyone.
An eclectic mix of classic recipes with our own twist and original creations, each cocktail has a link to Leicestershire. Our fruit juices and syrups are made in house each day using ingredients sourced from Leicester Market and we ensure that we buy from local producers wherever we can, from bee pollen to garam masala.
