In addition, this study investigates parents‘beliefs about their genetic information being revealed through genetic tests. An internet-based preliminary survey was conducted from December 23 to 26, 2017. men and women who have children born after the introduction of tandem mass spectrometer responded to the survey. The results showed that more than 90% of respondents believed that it was good to know the parents' genetic information by testing their children and that parents had a right to access their children‘s genetic information. In total, 82% of the respondents believed that it is necessary to test for untreatable diseases, for reasons such as ―to discover genetic information about parents‖ for 24.2% of them and ―choice to have next child for 26.2%. Most respondents who believed there was no need to test for untreatable disease reported their reasons as ―anxiety or fear‖ or ―to leave the judgment to the child. In addition, it was revealed that the explanation of consent to genetic testing was insufficient. Although there were strong positive opinions about the promotion of the test, many respondents did not remember or had no specific comments on the aspect of consent. Keywords: Genetic test，Gender difference，Tandem mass spectrometer，neonatal screening JAPON EBEVEYNLERININ TANDEM KÜTLE SPEKTROMETRESI KULLANARAK YENIDOĞAN TARAMASI İNCELEMESI KONUSUNDAKI FARKINDALIKLARI: WEB ARAŞTIRMASI Özet Bu araştırmanın amacı, Nisan 2014'te Japonya'da çıkan ve yeni doğan tarama yöntemi olan tandem kütle spektrometresi ile incelenen çocukları yetiştiren ebeveynlerin kavrayışlarını açıklığa kavuşturmaktır. Tandem kütle spektrometrisinin ortaya çıkması nedeniyle genişleyen tespit edilebilir hastalıklar arasında sadece tedaviye ihtiyaç duymayan hafif hastalıklar değil, aynı zamanda yüksek ölüm oranı olan ciddi hastalıklar da bulunmaktadır. Tespit edilebilir hastalıkların çoğu genetik hastalıklardır. Bir çocuk böyle bir hastalık yaşıyorsa, ailesi patojenik genlerin taşıyıcılarıdır. Araştırma yöntemi, WEB anketi vasıtasıyla bir ön anket ve ardından 23 - 26 Aralık 2017 tarihleri arasında uygun katılımcılara resmî bir anket yapmaktır. Sonuçlar ise, katılımcıların yaklaşık %60'ının tandem kütle spektrometresini bilmediğini göstermektedir, bu durum da ilgili kavramın halkın anlayacağı şekilde kolaylaştırılmadığını belirtmektedir. Buna ek olarak, katılımcıların %90'ından fazlası ebeveynlerinin genetik bilgilerini bildiğini ve ebeveynlerin çocuklarının genetik bilgilerini bilme hakkına sahip olduğunu söylemektedirler.   • 1. INTRODUCTION the Significance of Environmental Justice Movement
    A QUEST FOR ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE IN JEANETTE WINTERSON’S THE STONE GODS Najmeh NOURI* ABSTRACT The environmental justice approach is most explicitly associated with minority communities that are characterized as the most vulnerable individuals in environmentally driven challenges. Jeanette Winterson’s The Stone Gods (2007) is an exemplary novel which creates a form of critique that targets issues like gender, class, and race and parallels them with ecological concerns. In this perspective, The Stone Gods criticizes the exclusionary systems that produce center and margin oppositions in both human and nonhuman worlds. Furthermore, the novel provides a background for discussion of people and places that are linked to the ecological issues in urban environments including downtown and outskirt areas. Using environmental justice approach as a main framework of analysis, this paper aims to investigate how Winterson utilizes ecological collapse as a productive tool to trouble normative power structures, embedded social binaries, and inequality in society. In doing so, the study will scrutinize the place of power and its underlying discourses that lead to the construction of inferiority and otherness and accordingly will examine their primary role in environmental degradation. 1 Keywords: Jeanette Winterson, The Stone Gods, Environmental Justice, Gender, Class, Race 1. Within this perspective, environmental justice, on the one hand, scrutinizes the interaction of minority groups with natural environment and on the other hand, it focuses on the inequalities that emerges as a result of marginalization in urban and industrial areas.

Dövlət Proqramı teatrlarımızın inkişafı yolumla atılmış mühüm bir addımdır. Azərbaycan teatr sənətinin yaxın 10 il ərzində inkişaf perspektivlərini müəyyənləşdirən Dövlət Proqramı fəaliyyəti ilə milli mədəni sərvətə çevrilmiş Azərbaycan teatrının zəngin bədii irsinin qorunması, ümumbəşəri və milli dəyərlərin təbliği, te­ atr sahəsində islahatların aparılması, teatr sənətinin büliin janrları və peşə istiqamətləri üzrə gənc istedadların dəstəklənməsi, kadr hazırlığı və ixtisasartırma sisteminin təkmilləşdirilməsi, milli teatr sənətinin tərəqqisi, yeniləşməsi və beynəlxalq teatr məkanında layiqli ycruıintası məqsədlərinə xidmət edir.
