Pacific Project Heroes Scholarship Application School year 2019-2020

Dear Applicant, Pacific Project Heroes is a nonprofit 501 (c3) that helps provide services to Veterans and First Responders in our community. The following is the application form for graduating seniors attending on campus classes at a Stanislaus County High School who are children of a Veteran or First Responder. There are two scholarships available and we will be awarding one scholarship each to those individuals who meet the eligibility criteria that is listed on the application in the amount of $500 each.

Application Requirements Student must be a 2020 graduating senior from a Stanislaus County School Application must be filled out and PRINTED IN INK Application must be accompanied by two letters of recommendation An official transcript for grades 9th – 12th must be included with application Students may use scholarship money at any accredited community/ junior college, trade school or four-year college / university Selected winners must provide admissions/class schedule for payment to be awarded by August 30th, 2020 Application Deadline is February 15th t, 2020 Mail to: Pacific Project Heroes c/o Lana Casey Scholarship Chair P.O.
