Continue along the nature trail to the Schlick- eralm, from where the path leads you through the “Abendweide” area to the idyllic Lake Panoramasee, which invites you to relax and take in the natural beauty with all your senses. A rolling wooden disc on the adjoining Scheibenweg trail ensures a fun-filled descent to the Intermediate Station, from where the Stubai Baumhausweg trail, with its extraordinarily designed tree houses and numerous highlights, provides enjoyment for kids and parents alike. Zum Gemeindegebiet gehören auch große Teile des bekannten Wander- und Schigebietes Schlick. Telfes besteht aus den Ortsteilen Telfes, Gagers, Plöven, Kapfers und Luimes. Die Telfer Pfarre kann bis ins 10. Jahrhundert zurückdatiert werden, wobei das gesamte Stubaital eine einzige Pfarrgemeinde bildete. Im neunzehnten Jahrhundert begann langsam der Fremdenverkehr ins Stubaital einzuziehen, was durch die 1904 eröffnete Stubaitalbahn noch weiter gefördert wurde. Zugleich mit der Anschließung an die Bahn, kam auch die Elektrifizierung nach Telfes.
