MERITS: • Felician named to Money Magazine's 2015 Best Colleges List and received an impressive Value Added Grade of "A." • School of Education – the 2015 education graduates achieved a 100% pass rate on the PRAXIS 2 exam. The exam measures the knowledge of specific subjects K-12 educators teach. • For the fourth consecutive year a student from the School of Education has been named a New Jersey Ahmed Alghamdi from Saudi Arabia received his Master of Distinguished Student Teacher, an award given by Arts in Education in 2014 and is now studying in the University the state to only 15 students a year. of Alabama’s PhD program in Special Education. • School of Nursing – the nursing class of 2015 achieved a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX-RN exam. Passing the exam is required for admission into the nursing profession.

FACULTY HIGHLIGHTS: Dr. Carl Lane, a history professor and author of “A Nation Wholly Free: The Elimination of the National Debt in the Age of Jackson.” A five-time Fulbright award winner, Dr. Mary Norton heads our United Nations Fellows program. She is one of 14 nurses worldwide appointed to the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing “Global Advisory Board for the Future Vision of Nursing.”

ACADEMIC BRIDGE PROGRAM: ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL)

Felician's ESL Academic Bridge Program is available to international students who are academically admissible to one of our undergraduate or graduate degree programs but do not meet our minimum English language requirements. The ESL Academic Bridge Program requires one to four semesters of intensive English language preparation. Once all ESL requirements are met, you seamlessly transition into your degree program.
