On May 20, the Board of Selectmen ap- proved an increase of one cent in ’s residential real estate tax rate with a new rate of $13.92 per $1,000 of valuation. The commercial, industrial and personal property (CIP) rate increased from $17.95 per thousand of valuation in scal year 2019 to $18.86 in 2020.
