When such milestones occur, we should reflect on both what this country has accomplished in such a short time, as well as the role it plays in the lives of Jewish communities in the Diaspora. It also gives us the opportunity to review what the Israel Movement for Reform & Progressive Judaism (IMPJ) has been able to achieve. With each passing year, we find more and more Israelis are interested in Jewish tradition, adapting it to the challenges of their daily lives, and giving expression to its moral and Rabbi Gilad Kariv, Adv.
