On July 24, at the annual gathering for new members and members of the boards of DSC and DEF, a lobster boil and fellowship were on the menu. But there was a very welcome new feature to the gathering: plenty of young professionals from the DSC Conservation Society came in large numbers. These are the future leaders, movers and shakers of DSC, and everyone was energized by their presence. Long after the lobster claws were cracked open, dipped in butter and washed down with ice-cold beverages, the crowd stayed to visit and mingle, talking of hunting mostly, but also how best to be
