E-mail: [email protected] The Oslo Rift is the northernmost part of the Rotliegen- des basin system in Europe. The rift was formed by lithospheric stretching north of the Tornquist fault sys- tem and is related tectonically and in time to the last phase of the Variscan orogeny. The main graben form- ing period in the Oslo Region began in Late Carbonif- erous, culminating some 20–30 Ma later with extensive volcanism and rifting, and later with uplift and emplacement of major batholiths. It ended with a final termination of intrusions in the Early Triassic, some 65 Ma after the tectonic and magmatic onset. We divide the geological development of the rift into six stages. Sediments, even with marine incursions occur exclusively during the forerunner to rifting. The mag- matic products in the Oslo Rift vary in composition and are unevenly distributed through the six stages along the length of the structure. Introduction The Oslo Palaeorift (Figure 1) contributed to the onset of a pro- longed period of extensional faulting and volcanism in NW Europe, which lasted throughout the Late Palaeozoic and the Mesozoic eras. Widespread rifting and magmatism developed north of the foreland of the Variscan Orogen during the latest Carboniferous and contin- ued in some of the areas, like the Oslo Rift, all through the Permian period.

Our mission is to ensure accessible railway infra- structure and efficient and user-friendly ser- vices, including the development of hubs and goods terminals. The company’s main responsible are: • Planning, development, administration, operation and maintenance of the national railway network • Traffic management • Administration and development of railway property Bane NOR has approximately 4,500 employees and the head office is based in Oslo, Norway. All plans and figures in this folder are preliminary and may be subject for change. 3 Never has more money been invested in Norwegian railway infrastructure. The InterCity rollout as described in this folder consists of several projects. These investments create great value for all travelers. In the coming years, departures will be more frequent, with reduced travel time within the InterCity operating area. We are living in an exciting and changing infrastructure environment, with a high activity level. Over the next three years Bane NOR plans to introduce contracts relating to a large number of mega projects to the market. Investment will continue until the InterCity rollout is completed as planned in 2034. Additionally, Bane NOR plans together with The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, to build a safer and faster rail and road system between Arna and Stanghelle on the Bergen Line (western part of Norway). Vandenbroucke1,2 Ordovician limestone-marl alternations in the Oslo-Asker District have been interpreted as signaling glacio-eustatic lowstands, which would support a prolonged “Early Palaeozoic Icehouse”. However, these rhythmites could alternatively refect diferential diagenesis, without sedimentary trigger. Here, we test both hypotheses through one Darriwilian and three Katian sections. Our methodology consists of a bed-by-bed analysis of palynological (chitinozoan) and geochemical (XRF) data, to evaluate whether the limestone/marl couplets refect an original cyclic signal. The results reveal similar palynomorph assemblages in limestones and marls. Exceptions, which could be interpreted as refecting palaeoclimatological fuctuations, exist at the species level: Ancyrochitina bornholmensis seems to be more abundant in the marl samples from the lower Frognerkilen Formation on Nakkholmen Island. However, these rare cases where chitinozoans difer between limestone/marl facies are deemed insufcient for the identifcation of original cyclicity. The geochemical data show a near-perfect correlation between insoluble elements in the limestone and the marls, which indicates a similar composition of the potential precursor sediment, also in the Frognerkilen Formation. This is consistent with the palynological data. Although an original cyclic pattern could still be recorded by other, uninvestigated parameters, our palaeontological and geochemical data combined do not support the presence of such a signal.

In Norway, the National Plan for Suicide Prevention has as its main objective that: during the 1990s, the health service will attempt to arrest the negative development towards an increased incidence of suicide that has occurred during the period from the end of the 1960s. In order to provide the necessary assistance to those who are troubled by suicidal thoughts or who have survived a suicide attempt, there is a need for specialized skilis. The ability to understand the signals before it is too late is dependent on recognizing them. We have currently far too littie knowledge conceming suicide problems. There are also considerable shortcomings in the organization of assistance for suicidal persons. Many suicide attempters are discharged from hospital after receiving life-saving somatic treatment, but without any offer of follow-up or aftercare in relation to the problems that lie behind the suicidal behaviour. Today, systematic procedures are followed to a certain extent in relation to persons who show suicidal behaviour. The Bærum model, which involves cooperation between Bærum Hospital and the municipalities of Asker and Bærum, is the first model for systematic follow-up and cooperation to be adopted in Norway.

    Helhetlig risiko- og så rbårhetsånålyse (ROS) 2020 for Asker og Bærum kommuner Forord Kommunene har ansvar for å ivareta befolkningens sikkerhet og trygghet. De skal ha oversikt over risikoforhold, være pådrivere og arbeide systematisk og helhetlig med beredskap og samfunnssikkerhet. Risikobildet er i kontinuerlig endring. Samfunnsutviklingen som skjer nasjonalt, men også utvikling som skjer globalt, påvirker oss. Asker og Bærum kommuner har samarbeidet om å gjennomføre helhetlig ROS analyser i 2007, 2011 og 2015. I perioden fra Helhetlig ROS 2015 ble gjennomført, til arbeidet med Helhetlig ROS 2020 startet, ser vi at det har skjedd en endring i risikobildet. Mange av de samme scenarioene er analysert, men sannsynligheten for at hendelsene skjer er større, omfanget har blitt større og konsekvensene er blitt mer alvorlige. I Helhetlig ROS for Asker og Bærum 2020 presenterer vi 20 analyser som alle inneholder farer og trusler som kan utløse alvorlige hendelser innenfor det geografiske området kommunene Asker og Bærum omfatter. De utfordrer kommunene og medfører behov for koordinering og samvirke. Felles for hendelsene er at de rammer flere viktige samfunnsverdier og kan få katastrofale konsekvenser. Klimaendringene har påvirket risikobildet når det gjelder naturhendelser som flom, skred og tørke. Vi ser at vi må forberede oss på at de ulike naturhendelsene vil opptre oftere og med større intensitet. I tillegg til naturhendelsene, vil klimaendringene også kunne medføre uforutsigbarhet når det gjelder konsekvenser av forsyningssikkerhet og migrasjon. Digitalisering har ført til nye sårbarheter som har utsatt oss for farer og trusler vi ikke kunne se omfanget av. Det er utfordrende å se de fremtidige digitale sårbarhetene, og hvilke alvorlige konsekvenser det kan få på alle nivåer, både nasjonalt og globalt.
