Our Company was engaged in many other projects (individual residential buildings, industrial, academic and educational buildings, infrastructural facilities, public buildings, sacral and religious buildings), whether to build new facilities or to reconstruct existing buildings. Our engagement was related to expert supervision, design and consulting.

In addition to the listed facilities, our company independently engaged some of our employees as designers and/or expert supervisors for the following projects:

 Larger number of sacral buildings;  “Most ispod mosta” (Eng. The bridge under the bridge) – in Goražde, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 1st prize in the public competition for conceptual design, 2011. yr.  „Spomen obilježje poginulim općine Foča“ (Eng. Memorial) – in Ustikolina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 1st and 2nd prize in the public competition for conceptual design, 2012. yr.  Reconstruction of a building „Stari mlin“ – Klas,  Spomen obilježje - Žepa“ (Eng. EXPERT TEAM AND SERVICE

Expert team of the company “Zarka” performs following activities: expert supervision on construction works, which is the primary activity of the company, making designs and all project-technical documentation on all levels, giving support in jobs of project management.

 Preparatory actions, analysis, support and recommendations in the resolution of the most favorable way of supplying the project with the necessary energy and the infrastructure;  Preparation of project assignments for project documentation works on the level of conceptual designs, as well as the preparation of project assignments for construction project designs;  Tendering for certain activities (design, construction, acquisition and other services);  Analysis of submitted tenders, drafting and tabular charts, technical support in the selection of the best bidder, and technical support in drafting contracts;  Development of dynamic plans, from the global to the micro level, for the project activities in the areas of planning, implementation activities, financing the necessary manpower and equipment involved in the project realization;  Certain valuation of construction cost for certain facilities and the dynamics of financial investment;  Guidance and critical review of the project documentation for its design, and documentation prior to contracting by the Investor with some participants in the project, rationalization of the solutions and giving support in the selection of design solutions, as well as improving solutions in the course of the execution of works;  Coordination with technical relevant departments in the preparation of plans, regulatory plans and urban plans/projects and technical assistance in obtaining the necessary approvals for the works;  Development of the certain phases of the project or the entire project, if this is acceptable by Investor and if there is no conflict of interest;  Expert supervision on construction works;  Technical support in gathering necessary documentation and as built projects for technical approval of facilities and obtaining the occupancy permit.
