To confirm the Minutes of the meeting of the Joint Committee held on 10 September 2012 (copy enclosed).
4. Disclosure of Local and/or Disclosable Pecuniary Interests Chair
Members are reminded that where they have a local and/or disclosable pecuniary interest in any business of the Council to be considered at this meeting they must disclose the existence and nature of that interest at the commencement of that consideration, or when the interest becomes apparent, in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct.

5. Letter from Healthier Together – Progress Update Chair
i) To consider the response from Simon Wood, Programme Director (Healthier Together); and
ii) To receive a verbal update on the progress made since the last meeting in September.
6. General information on the five hospitals Chair
To consider a briefing note on the breakdown of patient numbers by workstream and similar for the five hospitals as it currently stands.
7. Travel and Transport Chair
To receive a report from Healthier Together on the work undertaken regarding travel and transport issues, and to consider some of the web-based interactive facilities for patients that could be put in place.
8. JHOSC Work Programme Chair
To consider the Committee’s future meetings and work programme.
