U13 Lady Taverners County Cup Final winners

It was a historic day for Southill Park on 22nd July with their Under 15s winning Round 2 of the National Stage of the ECB National Club Championship securing a place in the Group Final. The winners progress to the National Final at Oundle School on 11 August. Park’s run has not been easy having to overcome formidable opponents Ampthill, Town & Indians and to become county winners. Park then travelled to Weldon to defeat the Northants champions in Round 1 of the National Stage and defeating county winners Bottisham & Lode in Round 2. Bedford CC Girls won the first U13 Lady Taverners County Cup Final in July beating Cricket Club in the Final, and will now go through to the regional stages of the competition. Players were: Kia Deidrick, Kiran Kaur, Orla O’Callaghan, Bedfordshire Cricket Jasmine Andrews, Laurel Beadu-Ryder, Athena Payne, Holly Damon and Hawa Ayub.
