We joined the Deep Silver / Koch Media family in late 2013 and, since then, we have continuously raised the quality bar. Today, we are one of three internal development studios run by our parent company, alongside Deep Silver Volition in the US and Deep Silver Dambuster Studio in the UK. We specialize in high-end 3D games for consoles and PC. With a strong development history and award-winning portfolio of mobile games; such as blockbuster space-action shooter Galaxy on Fire: Manticore and the tactical zombie brawler Dead Island: Survivors; we are currently developing thrilling titles for the PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch. The claim clearly communicates the self- conception of the studio and as what it claims to be recognized in public. 5 Logo 6 About OUR logo Fishlabs has gone through a handful of signifi cant changes over the years, most recently completing a transition to a fully fl edged console developer. The symbolism communicated by a creature like the shark, fi ts perfectly to represent a game development company on the leap to a AAA studio. The shark (which is a fi sh if you were wondering) never stops swimming, it is ever moving forward. Its aggressive appearance stands for strength, speed and agility - good qualities of a game studio if you ask us! Here’s a few simple guidelines to keep everything looking great. We stuck with a shade of blue, as it resonates with our Hamburg roots and our legacy branding. Black should primarily be used as a background color, often over- laying images to darken them. White is typically reserved for type. Blue is used as an accent color to highlight type or links, but also for secondary graphics like the logo background banner, patterns or iconography. We use Bebas Neue in our logo, it works great for headline elements, and is very fl exible. We found that DIN 2014 Regular pairs nicely with Bebas Neue and is used primarily for body copy. Here are some typography tips to keep in mind: Keep the headline 3-5 times larger than the body copy and ensure that the text colors have enough contrast.     Press release Karlstad, Sweden, 5 August 2021 Embracer Group acquires Easy Trigger Embracer Group AB (“Embracer”) through its wholly owned subsidiary Coffee Stain Studios AB ("Coffee Stain"), have entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Easy Trigger AB ("Easy Trigger"), the studio behind the critically acclaimed title Huntdown. “We have worked with Easy Trigger for a couple of years already on the Huntdown game and are impressed with talent within the studio. We will continue to work closely with the team and are excited welcome them into the Embracer family”, says Anton Westbergh, Co-founder and CEO Coffee Stain. Background and rationale Easy Trigger is a development studio founded in 2016, with headquarters located in Trollhättan, Sweden. The studio consists of 5 employees that have collaborated with Coffee Stain on the development and release of the critically acclaimed indie title Huntdown. Easy Trigger is led by co-founder and CEO Tommy Gustafsson, and co- founder and lead programmer Andreas Renberg. The company was wholly owned by the two co-founders who will remain in their current roles post-transaction. Through the acquisition, Coffee Stain onboards a talented team that will boost the development of 1st party IP within the group. Luxembourg, 4th November 2017 2 Gilles Glod professeur-candidat au Lycée Technique de Bonnevoie Gamification: using game design and game elements in the EFL classroom Bonnevoie, 2017 3 Abstract Research objectives This thesis discusses the ways in which one of the basic human instincts – the urge to play – can be used in an EFL classroom to improve learners’ motivation, social skills and willingness to engage in language learning. My thesis focuses on three major aspects. First, in my lessons, I have implemented games as well as features that often form the core of games, such as rules of play, experience points, achievements, and the levelling up and customization of an avatar. The learners see their progress mirrored within the paradigm of role-playing games: their activities in the classroom inform the de- velopment of their in-game avatars and unlock real-life abilities and rewards. Second, I analyse which games and aspects of gamification are conducive to the creation of a ludic space. While the use of tablets is not the core focus of this thesis, I have worked with pedagogical and language-learning games designed for tablets as well as classroom games designed to use tablets as one of their central features.

The acquisition includes Intellectual property rights to Satisfactory, Goat Simulator, Sanctum and publishing rights to Deep Rock Galactic. The initial cash consideration is equivalent to SEK 317 million on a cash and debt free basis, plus additional earn-out considerations subject to fulfilment of agreed milestones. THQ Nordic estimates Coffee Stain will have net sales in the range of SEK 200-250 million and EBT in the range of SEK 100-150 million in the next financial year.
