TERRAVISION LOYALTY PROGRAM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction and General Rules

TheTerravision Loyalty Program (hereinafter, the “Loyalty Program”) is operated by Terravision Finance Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”) under the terms and conditions as set out below.

By registering to the Terravision Loyalty Program each customer (hereinafter, the “Member”) will be assigned a membership identifying number.

In order to collect reward points and redeem benefits of the Loyalty Program the customer agrees to:

- accept the Terravision Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions; - accept the Terravision Terms and Conditions of Carriage - accept the Terravision Privacy Policy and consent to the collection of his/her personal data by Terravision.

All Loyalty Program rewards, offers and services are subject to availability and may be amended by the Company at any time without notice. The Company may terminate the Loyalty Program at its sole discretion, in whole or in part, with three (3) months' notice sent by email to all Loyalty Program Members The Company may change the Loyalty Program with a similar loyalty program at any time upon a written notice sent by email to all Loyalty Program Members.

In the event that the Terravision Loyalty Program is terminated, all unredeemed points will be honored within the notice period. After the conclusion of the notice period no reward requests and cliams will be accepted.

Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable laws, Terravision may at any time introduce the changes and incorporate amendmends to the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, All Members will be informed via email about the changes.

The company may at its sole discretion modify the rules of earning and redeeming reward points any time, with or without notice.

Loyalty Program Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of the Program Terms and Conditions and their participation will constitute their acceptance of the Program Terms and Conditions and any possible amendemnt to it.

2. Registration to the Loyalty Program

Membership in the Terravision Loyalty Program is free.

The identification number is personal, non-transferable and can only be used by the Member.

All Members are responsible for reading and understanding the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, as well as the communications received from Terravision related to the Program.

An individual customer may apply to register to the the Terravision Loyalty Program by filling in the online form available on the page dedicated to the Loyalty Program on the Terravision website.

The Company may at its sole discretion deny membership in the Loyalty Program to any applicant without written notice. 1

The Terravision Loyalty Program is addressed to the customers in possession of the Terravision standard client account. Terravision Agents and Affiliates (users in possession of the Agent a/o Affiliate account) are not allowed to enroll in the program.

During the registraion process all Members are asked to provide their personal data. All Members are responsabile for having read the Privacy Policy document created and updated on the basis of the current legislation and for having expressed, when required, the consent to the relative processing. Each Participant undertakes to provide complete, updated and truthful data, as well as to communicate any variation of the provided data, assuming all responsibility in the event of any false, incorrect and / or incomplete declarations. In the event that a Member has provided the wrong name, surname and / or date of birth during the registration phase, he/she can request the modification by sending a request to [email protected] from the same email account used during the registration.

3. Collecting reward points

A member earns points by purchasing the tickets for the airport transfers on the Terravision website. The purchases made out of the Terravision website (partner websites) will not be rewarded. By purchasing a one way Adult or Child ticket a member collects one (1) point, by purchasing 1 Adult or child return ticket a member collects two (2) points. No points are collected if infant ticket is purchased. A member can redeem the collected points as set up in the below Points and eward structure:

1 return ticket = 2 points

2 points: get 5% discount on your next trip

5 points: get 10% discount on your next trip

8 points: get 15% discount on your next trip

10 points: get your trip for free

Once collected ten (10) points, a member is allowed to request a coupon for one return ticket (inbound and outbound journey for 1 person) valid for Terravision transfers in (Fiumicino and Ciampino Aiports) and in (Malpensa and Bergamo Orio al Serio Airports).

A Member can review his/her points balance and transaction history by logging to his/her Terravision account (1 one way ticket = 1 point) or by sending a request at [email protected] .

4. Redeeming reward points

A Member may redeem collected points to receive rewards, including discount codes for future purchases* on the Terravision website and coupons valid for a free return journey on the following routes in :

- Rome city centre – Fiumicino Airport

- Rome city centre – Ciampino Airport

- Milan city centre – Malpensa Airport

- Milan city centre – Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport

Points and rewards may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

*It is possible to obtain a discount code for all the services available on the Terravision website, excluding:

-Paris Beauvais Airport Transfer

-Vienna Airport Transfer

- Airport Transfer

-Budapest Airport Transfer

-Oxford Airport Transfer

-Bristol Airport Transfer

-Munich Airport Transfer

Points must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date a member reached a number of points required for obtaining a reward (as set up in the Points and Reward structure, see section 3. Collecting reward points).

5. Membership Communications

All Members will receive from Terravision periodical communications related to the Loyalty Program. The communications will be sent to a Member’s email address associated to the customer’s account on the Terravision website. These communications include a confirmation/welcome email, newsletters informing the members about news and promotions and emails for members who collected points enough to be redeemed.

6. Cancellation of the Membership

A Member may cancel his/her membership in the Loyalty Program at any time by sending a written notice to [email protected] . All unredeemed points and rewards will be cancel immediately. It is not possible to suspend the Membership.

Once canceled, a Memberhas can register in the Program again. A Member can use the same personal identifying number obtained after the first registration. However, the new registration will not entitle Member to recover previously collected points and to redeem the relative benefits acquired before the cancellation.

7. Monitoring Loyalty Program Members’ Accounts

Terravision reserves the right to monitor the Accounts of the Loyalty Program Members, at any time and without notice, for compliance with Program Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Terravision and its agents and affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Terravision is not responsible for: (a) any loss or delay in receiving, any Member communications, redemption requests and redemption rewards; (b) theft or unauthorized usage of points; (c) any publishing mistakes in relation to the Loyalty Program. Terravision reserves the right to correct the mistakes without notice.

9. Exclusion from the Loyalty Program

Terravision reserves the right to exclude from the Loyalty Program the Members that, during the registration or when changing/updating their personal data, have provided false/untruthful information. The exclusion will also occur automatically for those Members who have made fraudulent transactions during the purchase process. The excluded user will not be allowed to register again, unless the Terravision makes a different and indisputable decision.

10. Interpretation of Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

All interpretations of the Terravision Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are at the Terravision’s sole discretion.

11. Subject to Law

Membership in the Terravision Loyalty Program and the collecting/ redeeming of points are subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Any disputes related to the Loyalty Program will be handled individually in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Entire Agreement

The Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, together with any additional regulations incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between Terravision and the Terravision Loyalty Program members relating to the subject matter hereof, and may not be amended except in writing or by making such amendments available on the page dedicated to the Loyalty Program on the Terravision website.
