TiFIR CHILLPROOF TiFIR (titanium far infrared) garments provide maximum warmth. This new fabric adds TiFIR technology to the original Chillproof fabric for even more warmth along with the associated health, performance and recovery benefits of far-infrared. CHILLPROOF TiFIR fabric takes all the amazing benefits of the standard CHILLPROOF fabric and adds EVEN MORE WARMTH by including the Titanium Far-Infrared (TiFIR) technology that is in the R-Series Compression range. CHILLPROOF An aquatic specific, windproof 3-layer composite material that has been developed for water sports athletes. The comfortable ‘micro fleece’ layer is next to the skin and ‘wicks’ moisture and sweat away from the body to help keep you dry. The second middle ‘technical’ layer is 100% windproof yet breathes to regulate body temperature while stopping wind chill. The third outer layer is a nylon/lycra blend for abrasion resistance and 4-way stretch. The three layers of Sharkskin when combined together provide the equivalent warmth of a 2.5 to 3mm wet- suit, but unlike a wetsuit the Chillproof material stops wind chill. The Chillproof product range offers a selec- tion of options including tops with and without heavy-duty zippers, shorts, long pants and full suits. Chillproof is neutrally buoyant, antimicrobial, odor and itch resistant. It is also UV resistant for sun protection and has a durable water repellent finish (DWR) to provide a protective shell that ‘sheds’ water. RAPID DRY Rapid Dry is a lightweight, fast drying fabric in which the material is ‘infused’ and then ‘heat set’ with a water repellent treatment (WRT). This method achieves a finish that is vastly more effective at shedding water and lasts much longer than traditional fabric treatments. The Rapid Dry fabric is warmer than cotton and nylon/ lycra synthetic fabrics when wet. It has an SPF50+ rating for full sun protection, is lightweight, breathable, durable and comes in a range of colors including hi-vis for safety on the water. PERFORMANCE WEAR The Performance range has been created with the help of competition athletes. Chillproof material provides full protection from the elements, with flexible compression material allowing for maximum maneuverability during intense sports and neoprene for stretch and comfort. The different designs incorporate heavy-du- ty zippers to control heat retention and mesh panels for ventilation to allow for maximum performance as weather conditions change or as your heart rate climbs. R-SERIES COMPRESSION On land or in the water, R-Series Compression garments use form fitting design and Liquid Titanium far-infra- red technology to provide an extra boost in performance and muscle recovery. Comfortable, quick drying and robust, R-Series Compression is suitable for training, competing and recovery when results are important. Version 1.01. Effective from 01/10/2019 until further notice. However, little is known about the effect of lignin type and blend ratios with synthetic polymers. This study analyzed blends of poly(acrylonitrile-co-methyl acrylate) (PAN-MA) with two types of commercially available lignin, low sulfonate (LSL) and alkali, Citation: Devadas, S.; kraft lignin (AL), in DMF solvent. The electrospinning and polymer blend solution conditions were Al-Ajrash, S.M.N.; Klosterman, D.A.; optimized to produce thermally stable, smooth lignin-based nanofibers with total polymer content Crosson, K.M.; Crosson, G.S.; of up to 20 wt % in solution and a 50/50 blend weight ratio. Microscopy studies revealed that AL Vasquez, E.S. Fabrication and blends possess good solubility, miscibility, and dispersibility compared to LSL blends.
