Professional History

President & Chief Executive Officer Enviroscience Consultants, Inc. 1998-current Founder, President, and Managing Partner of a multidiscipline environmental and occupational safety and health consulting firm (30 employees). Oversee all aspects of administration, business development, human resources and technical reporting. Recognized governmental contact and director of accredited EPA/NYS environmental laboratory facility and EPA/NYS Asbestos Training Center, and a NYS approved Mold Training Provider. Responsible for final oversight on all corporate technical reports, including implementation of appropriate sampling protocols, investigative and analytical methods, and engineering and design standards. Particular expertise in asbestos inspection, analysis, design and remediation strategies, indoor air quality (including expertise in mold and ventilation), biological and chemical contaminants, sampling protocols, remediation techniques, epidemiological surveys, and health effects, as well as soil and groundwater investigations, remediation and monitoring, including programs approved and managed by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and under contract with the Suffolk County, New York District Attorney’s Office.

Chief Operating Officer Windswept Environmental Group, Inc. (OTC/BB:WEGI) 1997-1998 Chief Operating Officer of a full-service, publicly traded environmental holding company, which provided remediation, construction, restoration, testing, training and consulting services. Executive administrator of all three subsidiaries (150 employees total), with each of the three subsidiary Presidents reporting to the position. Oversaw all administrative controls, sales and marketing strategies, new business initiatives and human resources.

Principal & Vice President North Atlantic Laboratories, Inc. 1989-1998 Co-Founder, Vice President and Principal of multi-discipline environmental and occupational safety and health consulting firm (20 employees). Oversaw all aspects of administration, business development, human resources and technical reporting. Was recognized governmental contact and director of accredited EPA/NYS environmental laboratory facility. Final oversight on all corporate technical reports, including implementation of appropriate sampling protocols, investigative and analytical methods, and engineering and design standards. Sold company to Windswept Environmental Group, Inc. in February, 1997.

Laboratory Director Hall-Kimbrell Environmental Services, Inc. 1988-1989 Operations Director of Microscopy Services Division of New York office. Nation’s largest environmental microscopy laboratory. Responsibilities included regulatory compliance, quality control and quality assurance programs, proficiency testing reporting, and oversight of workflow management and processes.
