Administrative Charge and Tax A 22.5% Administrative Fee will be applied to all food and beverage charges. Current New York State and local sales taxes of 8.875% apply to all food and beverage charges and are subject to applicable tax laws and regulations. The Administrative Fee charge of 22.5% is added to your bill for the catered event/function and used to defray the cost of set up, break down, service and other house expenses.
