REQUIREMENTS FOR A SAUDI ARABIA VISA South African Passport Holders Require Visas This Process 1. The visa process begins with the sponsoring company completing a required to be request for a visa on the MoFA website, after which they must take a copy completed in Saudi of the request to the Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia for Arabia legalization. 2. The Chamber of Commerce will send the legalization electronically to the MoFA website for the Embassies to view. ONLY After this has been done, can the following documents be submitted to the lodgment Centre for processing.

Enjaz Registration Enjaz registration is mandatory for entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Enjaz registration process will be completed by the visa service centre for the applicant. Applicants to ensure the following 2 points are correct before signing the Enjaz registration. 1. The invitation of the Saudi company is certified by the Chamber of Commerce or a copy of visit permit is issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs, (KSA MoFA) 2. Employment letter from company in South Africa to the Embassy MUST include applicant`s job title, and be attested by the Chamber of Commerce of the host country.

Female Travellers A commercial visa is only allowed to women travelling with a spouse. If they wish to travel without a spouse they have to apply for an escort visa, for this visa they have to have the approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the form of a confirming the invitation letter.

Application form One application form to be completed by each applicant. All applications are now (Commercial Visit done on-line and submitted through a lodgement centre. Passport Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return date, and must have two blank pages. (There should be no ISRAELI stamps in pp) plus a copy of the passport. Foreign passport holders: Please provide proof of residency as well as valid SA permit.

Passport 2 (Two) 5cm X 5cm colour photographs on a white background showing full face photographs with applicant looking directly at the camera, photos must NOT be older than 6 Months and the photo must be on good quality paper. Please Note: There must be NO writing on the front or back of the photographs.

Air ticket The original airline ticket plus a photocopy is required, as well as a full itinerary.

Insurance Fee As mandated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, all applicants travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to obtain a Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the Lodgement Centre.

Business A) A letter of employment from SA Company stating the nature of the business, Applications applicant’s full name, job title, period of stay and explaining the purpose of the business trip. B) A letter of invitation from the host company in Saudi Arabia, Stating host Job Title, attested by the Chamber of Commerce, It is very important that this letter have the company’s name, address, telephone number as well as their civil file number (usually starts with 700…). All of this information MUST be in Arabic. Plus E-Invitation letter from inviting Saudi Company certified by the Chamber of Commerce or copy of visit permit issued by KAS MoFA ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. C) The registration certificate of the company in Saudi Arabia.

Tourists Proof of pre-paid and pre-booked accommodation – this proof should be a copy of a letter (in Arabic) addressed to the embassy and stamped by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.

Minors Minors travelling with one parent require a certified letter of consent from the parent not travelling; minors travelling alone require a certified letter of consent from BOTH parents. All minors (under 18) must have an ORIGINAL unabridged birth certificate.
