Thule supports Freya Hoffmeister’s amazing challenge in circumnavigating South America in a kayak. Freya Hoffmeister is an exceptional woman with independence as her lifestyl e. She takes on every challenge and completes it with a perfect disciplin e. Right now she’s in the middle of paddling around the continent of South America. After a summer break Freya will resume the trip in September 2012, paddling north past Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia and through the Panama Canal. Then heading south, past Venezuela, she will finish the second 8,000 km leg in Guyana.
